Yeah I think that this last week through last night has been the most bots I have seen in long time.. All on top and full parties of them.... I tried to reframe from killing some but the ohter night it was like they thought they had to come kill steel and take over a huge area.. So i went red, why did i go red i have no idea cost me more to get rid of 6.3 k of karma and 9 deaths penaltys ... so why do it... just went emo i did :) Bring back the training NcSoft was so much nicer...

I been seing the GM's latley and people do care.......the legit players like to know the GM's are doing something and the botters liek to know when to hide lol
This server has never had the problems like Phoenix, Bartz, Teon or Franz. You want to see bots in action visit one of those servers... this server? It all looks free to me. There, you can't run into a catacomb and find a freeroom. You can't even find a live person on IoP, let alone in Varka or Ketra .
If the GM's want to do something, they should go to those servers, our server is already dead. If they keep banning the bots soon we will see it in our economics of the server and prices will begin to sky rocket. It happened once already after Nova left, it's beginning to get hard to find materials need for crafting the higher end gear. People wanting materials will have to pay a high price, which will raise price of weapons and armors.
There isn't a serious problem w/ bots on this server... although 1 bot maybe too many for some, they do help combat price inflations. Just my opinion, I've seen other servers and trust me, we can count ourselves lucky, they have a horrible problem on those other servers I mentioned.
I am glad the GMs are banning so many people, Kudos to NCSoft!
The fact the I see everyday posts about people who said they "are innocent" and got banned make me play l2 more, because I realized then that the GMs are actually banning cheaters every day!
If it takes to ban the whole luna server to get rid of cheating there, go for it ^ ^, dont forget the other servers thought.

The above statement is everything that's wrong with this game. Why don't you go to one of those bot infested servers you mentioned and play there? In all truth, we really don't need people with your thoughts on gameplay on this server. The very idea that you would want to keep bots and azzhats like Nova around because you or the people you're speaking for are too **** lazy to farm your own mats is insulting to the spirit of the game.
May I recommend Toontown or Hello Kitty Adventure? These seem more along the lines of the game play you'd thrive upon.

Well I have yet seen the prices go down with the more bots on game... It is called to many bots and people will buy stuff, so they do not have to go out and farm.. So then they will up the prices to make more adena they are wanting. Im seeing bots have change there way of botting. Instead of large parties at least some...... I have seen today they are separating to single bots and taking more mobs. Now that really ticks me off cause I could not find enough mobs to hunt in paval ruins ( on lowbie not palau :) a whole party of bots but separate killing.. I so wanted to go red but they just be back in few minutes. Lucky? no frustrated yes.... Its all in the numbers on the servers why you see more over on the busier servers.

True like 98 % of the people are too lazy to use the game as it
is intended to be played
u'r not supposed to wear A grade the second u actually hit A-grade
i remember when i hit A grade in C2 i was wearing Divine tunic
and i was a prophet , so i really had the occasion to put all the monney
aside , stil lcould only afford a crystal staff mana up and a divine tunic
and B - jewels, and it was a mix of Black ore and Adamantite and
still 1 C ring...
So yes its the western mentality that dictates dress code, performance drive
we don't wanna lose face by wearing A grade when we hit lvl 76 wich is S grade...
mentality problem , but also another issue, monsters do hit hard when they are white , and if u want to hunt white monsters u need those gears
if u want to level fast at least..

but honnestly who's gonan do that, not americans or europeans.
