It should be "Threads about leaving".

i dont see threads about people leaving...... as some one said more and more new people or old people coming to L2.

most posts are about the gm staff's ineptitude and corruption with the bots.

My friends are teaching me Dutch slowly... it's not an easy language to learn, but in a few years I'm hoping to have picked up enough to get by.

P.S. English Lesson for you... "Lessons" in the context you used should not have... yea... you know where I'm going with this.

I played L2 in beta through release, and left early on after 42 levels of nonstop grind. I just reactivated and am looking forward to seeing a castle seige.

Heh I doubt ANY grind can be worse than L2's, so you know, not scared of slower XP :D

How was the lag? Was it playable?

I started since end of C3, and finally get my first subclass done like a week ago...Now I am working toward for 3rd class change and may be another few years to complete my S grade gear...

Also, I just got my second A grade set completed (NM Heavy), it took me 1/2 year... lol

I will stay as long as I have money to pay the monthly fee ^^

You do realise that you will always get more posts from new players than those that are leaving? It is not an indication of the proportion of numbers coming into the game or leaving the game.

It is like letters to a customer service department, always more letters of complaints than thanks. Doesn't mean that the business is doing a crap job, just means that people are less likley to write thank you letters than write complain letters. Players are less likely to take the time to post here to say they are leaving than new players posting needing answers to questions.

I'll probably be back at some point. I've quit before and always came back. The situation was different, I had things to look forward to that I probably don't have now, but I never quit for good (don't give out gear/adena and stuff), cause I know I might end up coming back.

But right now, I'm not thinking about it.

Heh difference is, you like PvP and I don't. Everything towards end-game seems to be geared at PvP. So even hoping for Noble (which I was, really) and Hellbound (which I simply can't get to, realistically speaking) isn't enough to keep me around.

I could say I want 80 for S80 stuff, I love dynasty robes. But I'm realistic. I'll never get it legitly, so why bother? And do I have the patience for the mindless grind it takes to get there, only to find out that I will never be able to get it because of exorbitant prices?

Right now, I'm not really looking forward to that kind of disappointment.

So far i noticed that core Lineage 2 players are always coming back.

I just had 6 months break, and i thought.. "ah hell, lets try another month, yesterday i upgraded my account for another 3 month's" lol
