Anyone who can tell me how much difference between the normal set and the rare set is ? :)
preferably with some screenies, but mostly compared in the attackspeed difference :)

Tallum heavy rare set

helmet ---> atk.speed - weight limit - poison/bleed resist

gloves ---> atk.speed - weight limit - poison/bleed resist

boots ---> atk.speed - weight limit - poison/bleed resist

plate ---> atk.speed - weight limit - poison/bleed resist

+ all bonus normal set

does it really work that way? I've heard that it doesn't give the set bonus and only gives the individual piece bonus even if you have an entire set of rare armor. I don't have a set or I'd know :D

currently, if you use an entire rare set, the individual rare effects add up to give a slightly higher bonus than an actual set, except it does not give the stats like STR and such

Which is why rare sets are actually inferior to normal sets

But in gracia final you do get the set bonus with rare items, so in final you get the set's regular bonus + piece rare bonuses

Hmm it only work if upper armor is the superior( bonuses) and is paired with rest of the rare equipment bonuses , you get both bonuses. From Gracia final you wont be able to craft rare upper armors.

If the armor is full body it doesnt work , thats what i think

When one wears superior upper body armor and pairs it with other masterwork pieces from the same set, the character will receive both the superior set item bonuses as well as the individual masterwork bonuses.
• Masterwork tops are an exception to the above rule. Because each masterwork top possesses its own specialized set of bonuses, pairing mixtures of masterwork and superior items with a masterwork top will not give you the superior set bonuses associated with that set.

hmm yeah that quote has made me a bit concerned, its prolly just bad translation/writing, since it would be weird to let out the full body sets from this gain..

nice thx alot :) was nice reading on ellie. had been looking there, just didnt find it :)
so now i just need to get gloves and boots :D and mix it up with my regular body piece :D
