i would recommend u to make a brainscan
toon ssj was made at the begin of luna and got banned while doing olympiad

Never saw him on the 6 months I spent on Luna.

So he probably he was secluded.

he was participing in oly for 5 months +

maybe u didnt see him cause u didnt used ur client to play or never made it from starter town
