Soul Crystals explantion??? /Noob Guide help

So once again, I was searching the L2 websight in hopes of finding some info about soul crystals because my hubby was asking, yadda yadda... He's curious.

He wants to know what the colors mean? and how many souls/levels do each one mean. example.

Red soul crystal: Level 1/30 souls

It would have been a big help to a tiney nooblet like me if Prima or Ign came out with a helful guid, or NC soft would stop warring around and made a good guide to help us out.

IE. I am constently glued to my WMP, and always looking at my questing scroll... *sighs*

Anyhelp on those items would be appreciated.

Note: Soul Crystals have nothing to do with souls, like those absorbed by the Kamael.

Thanks the second one helped out the most. He knows how to properly use them now. Ty.
