Hi all...

When should vicious stance be used? All the time during battle or only in certain moments?

Does "accuracy" skill matter to PW?

What are the best playstyles/skills to use for general pve/leveling up?

tbh i would only use vicious stance in pvp..yes accuracy helps against high evasion mobs and other daggers/archers in pvp. best play style for pve...deadly blow if the mob is aggro, if not go to its back..backstab..or trick run behind and backstab..bleed if its a kama or sumthing.
PvE

Raids / Kamas use your bleed sandbomb skills

Use deadly blow and backstab only on mobs you can hit from the back I wouldn't bother to much about using switch then running behind for backstab unless your on low hp and about to die

when useing deadly blow you might want to attack the mob normally and use deadly blow once your dagger mastery triggers that way you save mp on your stab making your mp last longer allowing you to grind for longer without mp rest which is faster exp over time which is good

Lure is a good skill... specially when your hunting where large groups of mobs have clustered lure a single mob out kill rinse and repeat

lure used with silent move can be effective as well. I used it many times when hunting quest mobs silent move through a group of agro use lure on the one you need and run out with silent move on. gets you the mob you need without disturbing the rest of the mobs

PvP
use VS extra dmg on them stabs is always welcome a daggers job is to get in deal the dmg move on next target

I don't bother with accuracy toggle pvp or pve for the extra 2/3 accuracy it gives i find its not worth the drain on mp (personal opinion)

if I have the mp I use bleed to drain the targets hp and also to help nerf the run speed in case they try to make a run for it.

also sand bomb everyone who attacks you ****** archers off specially when they cant hit you with normal shots and you just switch them when they go to use skills.

switch use it when a player is casting a skill! cancels there target which causes there skill to cancel and they stand there looking like a fool and if you running away or to them buys you extra seconds to get out or get close and personal

Develop the use of switch its critical in 1v1 pvp every time you switch your target it gives you a second or two to get behind them and drop that well needed backstab which hits direct to there hp!

Ultimate Evasion - this skill is missed used and wasted a lot. sure you can wait till your on deaths door at 10-30% hp and use it to try and survive all it takes thou is a lucky 1 or 2 crits and poof dead UE lost

Use it early on in fights against multiple enemies in 1v1 pvp sieges etc I tend to use it when Im at low 'CP' that way i can use cp pots to get my cp back up to max while i'm evading hits this way I'm not wasting so many cp pots which in theory means i can survive longer then using it when I'm on 10-30% hp

oh well thats a quick over view of how i use skills, good to see another PW I'm on franz server and only see a handful of them, everyone seems to plays ranged DD's

anyways GL HF
Nice article on the PW. I am a LV 73 PW on Phoenix. Trying to decide on a good subclass but still dont know whats good for me.
@OrcishEspada - player name?
My ign is Korvenus
For my 1st subclass I have done SwS to help support my clan members/friends and also to give me the Counter Celestial (Chance of getting a 10s celestial shield when under attack) sub skill

for my 2nd subclass i will be going SR and will probably get either...

Increase evasion sub skill or Chance critical (Chance of increasing critical rate when attacking a target) not sure which will work out best, prob go with increase evasion

I think of subclasses in ways to help my main class as I love my main and I wont reroll to anything else....at the moment lol. it just happens that the chars that give me good sub skills are chars i like playing as well so works out well for me :)

if you not bothered about subclass skills just play what you think you will enjoy most that way your more likely to get the subclass 75 to make another sub :) and progress further in game.

How do you know what skills you can get from those classes? I saw a chart somebody had but it did not show the excact skills.
I would add switch to PVE as well. It cancels a mob casting and it cancels archer mobs using those really long charging heavy hitter shots as well. Those can hurt especially if they crit so I always use switch on those.
Its very effective on the angels in woa for instance but also the archer orcs and the wyrms in lower blazing swamp. If they crit you lose over half HP
