People who flame or act immaterely made me stop reading the forums altogether and helping people within the "question section". You need someone to overlook for the ******s since the literally destroy every mail there is. Im not joking but your forum is a lot worse than many other games have.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback/opinion on the forum. This might be due to absent of forum moderator. But that will be changed in the future.

Gm Pommo
Nice work. Not a single employee filtering the forums. No wonder I stopped reading these few weeks ago after encountering jerks whose only intent was to flame.
Well good to know they have plans on adding someone... At least they didn't totally destroy their community department. Let's just hope they didn't outsource.
We do, in fact, have a number of folks monitoring the boards. We are still searching for a full time Community Coordinator to really take our community efforts to the next level, but we do still have a presence both here on the forums and in the larger community perspective such as event planning, etc.
As far as evidence of forum moderation, you can tell from the posts that have been locked, responded to and in some cases infractions sent. We are still around and we are still watching (muwahaha)
Hummmmm...maybe you could put a button on the side of the display. Then when we find a disturbing post we could press the button and let you know.
There is such a button already there :D

There are very few people that can stand a CM job for more than a few months to a year... The turn over rate for online community departments is very high. (At my last job I was there since the game started and the person 2nd in line for seniority was there for 9 months... everyone else quit.)
Don't get me wrong, it's fun if you work it right. Community is just a high stress, low pay department.

What was wrong with Alyra?!?!?! Seriously, I think whoever was responsible for firing her is a complete idiot and should in no way, shape or form have a position of authority/responsibility over other people. They are most likely too stupid to even use a fork let alone make informed decisions.
You're playing the wrong game if you care so much about forums. Please uninstall. What does this say about you that some text offends you so much that you feel compelled to leave? Seriously, do you have issues?
You can't even read the response correctly, only construing the reply to support your claim quickly to be debunked by Kinslon.
Alyra joined Warhammer a long time ago, so there's no point bringing her up in this conversation. She was an awesome CM, as was Mistryl and then Siren, when she was around.
Kinslon, I wonder if you're now telling us that Siren has left. :(

ROFL!!!
To be honest I think purp would be a great addition to the NCNA work force as Community Director. And I'm sure a much more soothing and positive tone.
Mistryl was a horrible CM, I always lovingly thought of her as our very own forum ****. Alyra was a breath of fresh air. She actually allowed us to talk about the game and changes we wanted made, ways we were frustrated w/ the devs, etc. AND she actually communicated them w/ both the head haunchos in NA and the devs in Korea. She'd get an answer from then and then return to us and tell us why something was like it was or (ocassionally) we'd actually see whatever we'd asked for implemented. When Mistryl was CM, our requests/questions were always met w/ "Shut up" and /delete thread. Furthermore, when we had Mistryl events were few and far between, but as soon as Alyra started we had like 3 in 6 weeks or so and she continued to have new and regular events the whole time she was here.
Nobody likes you...you would fit right in with the rest of the NCSoft team :)
Yes I'm just joking <3
See, Ashley, if you'd have left that "I'm joking bit" off the end of your post I'd have laughed to myself and flamed you back... all in good humour of course. But because of the general "angry " player base Lineage II seems to have you felt it nessecary to inform us you were joking. Shame really, isn't it... :(
