Is the new patch this big?

Is the new patch--assuming that's whats going on right now--really a few gigs? Isn't this just a final update going on right now? I barely bought the game two days ago and am utterly confused.

Its because they don't have a smart way to patch, if they add 1 item to the game you have to download the entire item data files instead of downloading and patching it in.

You're basically replacing half your old files.

they made new graphics - of course it's going to be big!!
