Hey guys im starting a warcryer...coming back from c3...since i have been gone for so long im wondering what is the best way to level this class now armor and weapon wise!
I don't know how will burning chop will assit you at 40 I never had it at 40
but it uses a blunt so get one and try it.
or you can you do bot party pro setup and use a dagger if you like or duals.
Now I used a wolf throughout this wolf leveling of my sub and even now I use it it's what I call a pocket DD.
if your going to level it from 20->40 do cata's and save AA for Gsaps and Pet brez's. suggest you farm enough to supply your needs which will be a long time before you get 56 and haste2.
40 move to hiene allegator island till about 45ish maybe 48ish.
after that your on your own
I suggest you play the market and gear your pet and throughout this whole leveling I suggest seeding for you B grd since rec's dont cost much. Also if your cleaver enough you should have to use shots and I mean none.
also take in what the others say too this just a brief outline of what i've done. All my info comes from alot of whats said here and I mostly turn it around,"daggers lol". Anyway GL
With the new changes and ignoring PvP needs (they complicate things a bit) I can suggest for WC/DC solo leveling:
Weapon: 1 or 2 handed blunt (fighter's) weapon (maybe a dagger at +56, still doing some tests to determine that)
Dyes: +5 STR/-CON, -DEX, +4 WIT/-4 MEN.
Armor: Plated Leather until A-grade (need to choose your hunting locations near A-grade), Talum Heavy, DC or NM light for A-grade. At S-grade or high A-grade, although soloing is doable, you will be better off with parties, so robes (and a magic weapon) would be a better option. If by any chance you still want to solo at S-grade, go with Draconic light.
Thanks for the help, currently i have the plated leather set a +12 yaska i made the other day and c grade jewels. On the side i have a divine robe set for when im grouped and im hunting in branded atm.
