i added +4dex-5con dyes to my HE, i found out it only increased around +9 more crit rate. is this how it was? or did they lower it in this update?

+9 seems a bit on the high side tbh.

DEX affects a lot of things, but none of them significantly

what about the other changes, running speed, atk. speed?

PS. thinking about tats myself so info would be nice :D

Go +STR ... +DEX is useless
