I just started playing again L2 (since C3) & i'm here to stay. I'm tired of the many promising mmo projects (even AION).
However, i got few Critical Questions to do .
- L2 Community falling down ? Seems a Private Server may have more ACTUAL players than Sayha atm.
- Bot-land ? i'm the kind of person who enjoy playing legit & also loves to make party/working with others. Most of the Farming/exp spots are overtaken by BOTS.
- Crappy Economy ? Well , might the Hight lvl Players - good geared - wont agree with me, But the adena rates aint that good imo. Most likely without a help from a clan you will end like wasting all of your money to buy the basic ss
Dont Take me wrong. I'm not ******** around. Just want to know if there's anyone else out there feeling like me. However I'd love to hear your opinion
Well you have a point indeed when it comes to the survivability of new or returning players at this point of the game. Many changes made it faster to grind to 40 and up but brought with them that the money pool of those players will not follow at the rate of leveling. A clan has indeed become primordial specially at the higher levels to gain the goals on gear and the likes.
Also the change in certain mechanics of hunting regions requiering specific group set-ups pushes players to have a need for entering a clan in order to grow forward and see the lands.
Bots are still around although recent actions have cut out on the biggest groce of them and it is possible to find places to pex in peace without encountering the automated souls.
Communnity of Sayha is quite low but still possible to do stuff with. It depends on what you really want to get out of the gaming. I'm lucky with my crew as we are a tight bunch that helps eachother out and we manage to do stuff we normally (as by the prefered standards) shouldn't be able to do.
As for private servers...I don't stand behind those, but I can understand why some people would prefer to head that way considering the hardship some face at this point in the game. Again it all depends on how you envision your gaming experience.
