i can't remember the name of the skill you mean but it's a lvl 82 skill and it's not detect weakness
basically it's a passive effect that gives anyone who attacks you a hex like debuff for a few seconds, trigger rate seems to be about 10%
it seems to me, that yesterday... I had this wonderful skill landed on a mob....
Because the mob had this blue ball flying around him (and it's not his self buff). I think that was it...
BUT! The dmg. window didn't say anything at all. So, I'm curious now....

not a bad skill to have tbh, sure +30% damage on a dorf isn't too impressive but it's better than nothing (gotta be terrifying on the other warrior classes)

you just hit a button watch a little animation (looks like archer buff) and you get 30 seconds of 30% increased pvp damage

fighters will is still hard afaik. will drop from 2 raids on gracia and 1 on HB. you need a CC of 4 to 5 groups i think for all.
the protection books at 82 is from epic raids, val, frint and anthy.
the 83 skills is almost easy imo to get now, 20 k something fame and 50k something oly tookens. its like 3 months losing oly is enough as you get 20 points just for competing in 9 games (no wins needed), thats 20k tookens.
