Play L2 for a while, you'll get used to it. Basically the worst community mods to exist in any MMO scene, so don't expect much in the way of prompt or concise answers.

As far as the server down, bleh, not too surprising after the crashes this weekend.

almost an hour and yet no response !!! c'mon :( saying that servers will be up at 19:00 gmt+1 and almost an hour of delay could be deceiving advertising :(

Your logic is flawed. They can not be the worst community mods if they do not exist.
