Will they save Lineage 2 from all the problems Retired fellows failed to accomplish?

Point of this topic is to see what your views are on the previous Team leader and Associate producer. Apparently you guys didn't have much hope with them either begin with lol.
What direction is the right direction? If they listen to the whiners on the forums who want to "NERF" everything then , me personally , I say that's the wrong direction.
However, if Obama ***** up his presidency as bad as NCSoft has ****** up the handling of this game, we'll see how things to when he's up for re-election...
This is a video game, though, and I'm not a fan or RL comparisons with a Video game. This game doesn't mean as much to people as their government does. Maybe in Korea, but not here.
Hotlinking pictures from other websites is frowned upon by most respectable people. I'm pretty sure they didn't give you permission to waste their bandwidth without visiting their site (hence the notice).

About 2 weeks (or less) of somewhat good moments out of 5 years working with the game?
He should have had good moments every day, banning something other than farmers that instantly buy new accounts to farm more adena.
I definitely respect him andthe work that he's done. I have nothing against him, and I'm sure he did at least something.
But even on his best day, he and his GM team were worst than any other that I've encountered in pretty much any other game I've played.
I don't really understand the irrational optimism shown to him. He and his GM team were frankly terrible; and, them leaving [willfully, or not] and being replaced was long overdue.
Hopefully the new cats have a clue. They may at least be able to lure a factorable number of older players (who quit due to several glaring issues) back to the game if they do what they CAN and SHOULD do.
