Freight Bug?

Goodmorning,
i had a great wolf on a character,along with some gear (for the wolf).After a couple of summon & unsummon (having the gear equiped to the wolf) i decided to transfer it via freight to another char.
So i went to the wh and opened the freight window,placed the wolf necklace there(totally forgot about the gear) and clicked confirm.
I logged the char i had the wolf transfered to and summoned it.Of course i saw no gear & i relogged with the first char to freight the wolf's gear..
But it was nowhere to be found,not in the wh,char inventory,freight window,nowhere on both chars or the wolf..
After a couple of restarts,i decided to try to refreight the wolf back to the original character & after i did that,still no equipment..
I summon the wolf & the equipment magically appears on the inventory.
Not such an important issue,but might be confusing to people if it is a bug (could be caused by my computer or smth?)
I tried to petition about it,but i got 2 answers saying i should describe it better,but i couldnt..only 255 chars allowed in petition *-*

I'm not 100% as I don't have any gear on my pet, but as per the patch notes, gear is now retained by the pet.

Pet inventory functionality has changed.


Previously: When a pet was unsummoned due to loss of connection to the server or logging out, all inventory items would return to the player (based on the available inventory slots of the player).
Change: When a pet is unsummoned due to loss of connection to the server or logging out, all items held by the pet will remain with the pet until they are summnoned again.

It now looks as if this isn't 100% correct, and that the pet retains all armour etc indefinitely.
