I'm on my slow but steady way to 78... and SP is always an issue... so I wantes to know if some1 has tried Soul Rage and how it's helpful... and your opinion on getting Leopold or SoulRage, since that's my biggest doubt ^^

Ty in advance for your help.
I decided to take soul rage after testing on PTS and use spare SP to enchant skills. But I have soul hound female. So i teleport as often as i can to maintain distance (8s warp + emergency blink) and use (along with debuffs and steal divinity) Soul of Pain + Soul Rage. Or if I get to melee range, then I rely mostly on deathmark(+chance) > checkmate(+dark) combo.
I have no use ATM for leopold. It has very long reuse compared to other skills. You need fire weapon (preferably with acumen) and to get in 500 range (soul rage has 600 range but you will "cast it" much faster than leopold, so it is easier to not get caught)
All depend on your playstyle. As for PvE - it may be usable if you can find good location for aoe exp.
It does about 100 damage or so. TBH both of those skills are far less important than skill enchant, especially now with the re-use changes. Soul Hounds have lot of skills that need enchants by 78.
Soul Rage is nice but it's slower than using soul bottles. It is however good in protracted fights if you are worried about mp over the long haul, and is nice against tanks who try to trap you with Reflect Damage.
Still, skll enchants are the biggest thing tbh. I need to get everything to +8-9 but I have subs to level (which is friggin annoying) as I want those subskills & passives.
The thing is I don't have adena nor level to enchant my skills yet ^^ So I rather focus on leveling up, like kronk once adviced me, and then worry about enchanting them ^^
I use Leopold while exp solo to cover 2-3 mobs simmultaneously. Overall, seems like its a useless skill for PvP, same as Soul Rage (I tried it on PTS, correct me if i am wrong). I agree with one of the previous posts -> enchanted SoP , DM, Triple, Checkmate, Annih Circle, Body to Soul and Blink are the priority :)

That's fair enough. The thing about levels 78+ PvP is that it really effects some types of skills. Things that are 'chance' type skills are affected even more so.
Debuffs are chance skills, as are stab skills (Backstab, Shining Edge etc) for instance. The higher the levels get (yours and your opponents) the less these things will land. You can see why how this could be an issue for a Soul hound.
It doesn't end there either. Skills that have exceptional damage potential (essentially criticals, Checkmate, nukes etc.) are also affected by levels. Nukes are even more affected because they can also fail. The fail rate goes up the bigger the skill level difference. On the recent PTS for example, most of my fights were basically a nightmare since the nukes and debuffs just failed so much. Even with 300+ dark attribute. This was because everyone was running around at level 82-83 (in S80 gear), while using level 74 skills.
Levels are indeed far more important imo, but if you plan to continue to pvp while you get to level 80 (lol ^_^) it is certainly something to consider...
I use it before Oly matches to get my 40 souls. I use it to fill Bottle of Souls. I use it as a filler nuke in between my Soul of Pain and other nukes.
It does little damage.
Leopold, is one of our harder hitting nukes. Slow cast time compared to our other nukes. I have +1 my Leopold for Fire. I carry an Arcana mace with Fire on it. I use Leopold for Olympiad. I do use Leopold in PvP, but only if I have my target rooted, para'd or slowed.
Leopold is the best looking nuke in game. It definitely has its uses in pvp.
