I have noticed a severe drop in A grade weapons for sale.
anyone else notice this?
I did notice this too, however i think is more that the market is changing than anything else, as the days go, more commons are flooding the market, because of farmers/botters/who knows, so the need for craft A weapons is dropping because people are kind of tight with adena and A-grade commons are **** cheaper, besides a A-grade common weapon will be as good as the normal one, that way they can save for the S-grade weapon when they reach 76+.
Also superior items are suppose to drpo in game, so far I havent got any, but oh well, so the only reason to craft is just because of the chances to get a master piece.
True on Sayha as well. As a frequent crafter and vendor of these weapons I would tell you that it is a demand problem. I stopped wasting my mats on A Grade stuff because they are hard to sell and the price had to get low enough that the profits were no longer attractive.
Of course, I'm not going to get JodiMae an IC set selling rough blue cubics...

if you level 12 hours a day with pp buffs you should be able to:
1-20: 1 hr
20-40: 1 day
40-52: 1 day
52-61: 2 days (fp, vos)
61-70: 2 days (vos)
71-75: 1 day each level (vos, fotd)
76: 2 days (fotd)
it was even faster last patch when you could use s grade elemented weapons from lvl 1.

OMG, this is very funny if you ask me. I love playing L2, but 12 hours everyday for 30 days just to get 1-76. Seems to me you will miss a bunch of the fun rushing to 76 in this fashion. However, I have to admit it would be much cheaper than the way I went about leveling to 76.

I didn't say 30 days. I said more like 15 at 12 hours a day. which makes it 6 hrs a day for one month.
I remember when level 20 took at the very least a day and level 40 was concidered high level (and took weeks to get).
Nobody new to the game can experience the lowbie areas anymore which is sad. 4 hits and they are like level 5 already with Vit4... Part of learning L2 was to learn the mobs around the newbie areas. Talking Island and Elven area were my favourites, though the Dark Elf and Orc areas are insanely good for that RP atmosphere. In fact, I might just go and create a new Orc just to try and feel some of the fun again.

That is not possible with PP buffs.
Sorry, and some of those days you wrote look pretty ******ed.
Did you even think about it when you wrote them?
You need very good gear and very good support to do 1-75 in a month. Even with 12 hours a day (and I used to play for factorably more than that), you will not be able to do this on most (if not all) classes with nothing but a PP. The low level with Attributed Weapon trick didn't work for every class (especialy those which are SA-dependent).
Having been a pretty hardcore player in more than a couple MMORPGs, I would not suggest anyone play those types of hours anyways.
It's not healthy at all, and a real worlds exists.
Being 76 hardly matters when you have probably 0 support to level with in S Grade. It's more efficient to level up you main and 2 buffers (or more) and get there in 3 months than to level up to 75 in a month and have to spend another 3-4 months leveling support - cause now you have to solo them to 5x before you can group them with you main (and you don't get recharges on classes that need them).
If you are a Bishop, EE, BD, SWS, or War Cryer; then, I guess the above paragraph doesn't realy apply to you.
You can probably level that fast botting an Archer with a Prophet, though...

It's possible, I've done all of them. not on the same cahracter and not always with a prophet, but It's possible with a single buffer as long as you have a way to supply you with shots and gear when you require it.
If you focus 100% on leveling and don't do unnecesary quests you can get 76 in a month easily enough
It depends on your class + weapons OE etc.
i.e. I use +0 "S" grade and earn around 1-1,5k from each mob I kill (using SSS, of course).
BSPS is a pain, yeah... but as for the rest - it's just not usually that bad.
Yeah, well as a tank (with not much adena to play around with) my choice is a slight loss while hunting using A shots, or a big loss hunting with an S grade weapon (concidering I cant add focus or add elements due to same issue). I choose to only lose a little with each mob, which means I get a small profit when I finally have an Ori drop or a spellbook I can sell overnight for 1-2m. If I tried using an FB for example, I'm sure I'd end up not able to afford healing pots never mind SSS (and if I'm wrong please tell me).
I'm sure I'm not the only one who stays well clear of S grade weapons because of the cost of shots. I know that Titans can make profit using SSS (as each hit is like 25% mob HP), but a PK with medium buffs with a non-SA FB? heh..
