I am working an Orc Shaman> Warcryer. Lvl 1 Frost Flame says mob loses 587 hp per sec; I just got to lvl 30 and lvl 2 on that skill says 71 or so hp per sec, which would be a BIG decrease. It's hard to know hitting the mobs just how much hp they are losing (altho I find the skill very helpful). But could it be there's a typo in the description and lvl 1 is just 58 hp per sec? I haven't trained the lvl 2 skill yet; would prefer to keep lvl 1 if it really does drop 587 per sec.
