How Long?

I open a support ticket, and i just had to wait 24 hours for a yes or no.It was not something really complicated.

It has been passed 5 days now and nothing.

I thinj they forgot it,but i can't do anything.I only can put some additional info if it is needed, but i can't tell them to hurry, can i?
1+years for me and still hoping to get an answer.
this is nonsense. I always got an answer within 2 days tops.

Which is a very decent response time... oh wait
Yesterday we had a problem IG that was quite urgent so I /GMed it in the (urgent) category of the bug relateds reports. I ended up getting an answer one hour later telling me I'll receive an answer via mail after the issue has been escalated. Should be fun to call the 911 and being told "you'll receive all necessary assistance via a mail in the coming days"... :wooot:

Well perhaps from your experience only.

I posted a request for support on the 7th of June, got a reply on the 8th of June that requested a reply.

They replied again on the 11th of June, requiring more information again.

It is now the 14th and still no conclusion.

I count 7+ days here.
Well i just finished a support ticket. Took me 3 days to complete. First response was in less than 24h and the second came in about 30h after my reply. Can't complain about that tbh. Maybe it depends on what subject you send the ticket as?

when it involves you sorting out payment, they're usually quite quick (not necesarilly effective tho).. that's from my own experience of having problems with setting up plans for my accounts.
I opened the ticket on Saturday 9th of May 2009.

Still no answer.

I keep reply to this thread,so we have a real example about the service of NC Soft.

When you say you have gotten no answer, do you mean your issue has not been resolved? Or do you mean that no one has responded to the ticket at all?

Also, are you waiting to receive an e-mail response or are you checking the status of the ticket through the support website? Sometimes when responses are sent from customer support, players may not get an update via e-mail due to spam blockers. However, the updates should show when you log into your support account and view the ticket there.

I will do that you are telling me to do.

But to be correct, after i opened the ticket,i recieved an e-mail,in wich GM Aqua, informed me that he forwarded my question to the support center in UK,and i had to wait for the answer.

Before i say something else that it would be wrong,i will check the account support too.
hi Moxie,
if u need an example, take this one :

Today is 16/05/2009, and i still have no information from support...
Do u really think i'll need 10m SP now? i already done more than 10m SP. I lost my time, and support did too (if they did anything, but i don't think they did).

And the most funny is when Support send us a poll about its efficience...

Answers from support to our issues are too long in general.
