When do these happen (on Aria)? Same time/day as the old Saturday sieges?

To start with, right after the NPCs first appeared the War start showed incorrectly as 4/28. Later it updated to 5/17, but a few days after that (well before the 17th) it changed again to 5/24. I'd love to know why the date changed from the 17th, it doesnt seem to make any sence.

It should be the same time/day as the old Saturday sieges. However, beware of bugs.
