do you happen to know anything about if Gracia Plus is going to be the last update for Lineage II ?

I truly doubt that, there's still so much to add, i think it will end with Throne 3 or 4, atm we're at Throne 2.
EDIT: and yes it would be nice to end it with a Postlude to complete all the "ludes" :D

you'd think the lineage 2 comes to an end since it's not very popular in the West.

however it is not true, the game is still very popular in the Korea and other countries. In fact it rivals WoW there (hence recent WoWification, in the end Lineage will be as casual as WoW so get prepared, qq moar etc)

No, you need Korean social security number to play on Korean servers.
