Since Richard leave NCWest, everything and I mean everything related to NCSoft West, went down hill...
You cant replace a guy like him... you just cant...
Thought, Korea has been trying to fix the hole that Richard leave behind unsuccessfully...

RG spent more time being nervous about going into space and screwing up his existing projects. Just because you made the first successful MMO means nothing.

Some people make assumptions about the nature of Mr. Garriott because of rumors they've heard or misfortunes they've encountered personally and he became the brunt of their blame. In all reality he did great things in the MMO industry, of course there was some frustrations with him, you'll always find someone that has a problem with someone. However, all things considered he did a rather decent job and from the looks of it NCSoft screwed him big time.

Frankly, I'd prefer him doing great things to NCsoft. Stopping NA advertising for NCsoft's main title being a competitior to his own pet projects, and then failing two of those in a row isn't what I would consider "great things".
