Let's tell you a tiny funny story ! ^_^
I am xping at Primeval island alot (by Pa'agrio that place is beautiful ! <3).. and since the update i gathered some bones of plain dinos for the "Rise and Fall of the Elroki Tribe".
When i went to the npc at the elroki village i been surprised to still find 2 options:
- the ritual : use to turn in 300 bones and get 5 parts of a Top A grade weapon random
- the medecine : used to be the option to get 3 books 78-80 random. The same books that dropped in the island from mobs.
Perplexed, since we don't need books anymore (exept for combos and 81+ skills) to get the skills from npc, and since they don't drop anymore anywhere, i thought it must had been changed in the quest aswell. So, i clicked on the medecine.
Imagine my surprise when i received 3 books ! O_o
hahaha.
I don't really mind for the bones, but that was obviously something forgotten that had to be escalated. So i petitionned. in the five minuts i received answer of a GM telling me to talk about that on forums.
I'm a bit disappointed.
Is there something i didn't knew? like errr.. any use of that books, after all ?
Or is it really a "bug" that should be fixed?

I was in Ketra last night trying to lvl up alliance to lvl 2 for my gladiator. And the mobs still drop mass block windwalk. Can anyone confirm this book is no longer needed when learning the skill?

petition back that you would have gone tried for sirra's blade edges instead and that you'll trade the books for the 5 edges...then sell the edges for 10 mil each.
lol i checked this out too, thinking they changed to rewards to orichalcum/adamantine or something .. or lvl 81/83 books =( but noooo! lazy programmers imo
About GM quality.
Friend notice that CoV is not adding Critic Rate as it is in description.
He made petition to change CoV or description. As answer he got:
"Thank You *blah, blah*
Your Character level is 77 and Chant of Victory is 78 skill, so you not getting benefit from it"
I will not put name of GM that gave such answer. It is obvious they don't read what people send or they are so tired to full fill some response time criteria, that they produce such horrible answers.

I don't "really" mind about my 300 bones, as i already said. The problem is that that reward from quest is completly useless.
Ok, some quests, you can "fail" them and got few adenas as rewards, such as varka/ketra , or Pagan quest...
But my Pa'agrio ! for the elroki quest, it's a lot disappointing !
Some S80 mats as orichalcum/adamantine would be sweet, as suggested by Cydonius_Istaria, but i guess we can't have that if it's not coming from a Korean fix.
But maybe remove the link "medecine option" is something our GMs/programmer in US can do?

Buyable. Dont think you can use past tense for such a word :D
Thanks for reporting this. I've submitted the issue of the spellbooks dropping as quest rewards to the QA Team. They'll be able to submit a bug for this issue.
