Get a buffer and go top of blazing swamp (you know the top of the hill with the big tree) I 1 hit backstab them even better with a recharger rip through the mobs easy.
failing that get in rift with a dedicated party
If you have maj light and buffer I would also suggest hot springs
for solo with self buffs your gonna have to stop on light blue, green mobs so prepare for crap exp. try WoA outside goddard... maybe varka mobs (easier then ketra) don't think you can do them without buffer thou.
If your solo with self buffs im guessing you have no clan so go get one! use and abuse them or be genuine and make some friends to exp with your call.
Solo with self buffs I still have not found a better place than Garden Of Beast outside of Goddard. I will have to try blazing swamp but for Garden Of Beast go further in and kill the Buffalo and the Bear looking mobs. I am sure the Wolves and the Deer are blue to you so dont kill those.Afther a few herb buff drops you should be ripping through them easy. Also do what FreakishDude said, use your backstab. I can one hit those mobs alot using that skill and if I dont one hit them they will only have just a little life left so they still die fast. If its a place that drops herbs you should be fine if you use your strikes effectively. Just bring a couple of Greater Swift Attack Pots with you. LV 75 PW here and still using this as my solo ground.
If you looking for a good duo spot get your self a SE around your level and go to Sillent Valley. These mobs hit hard but they are non aggro, non social and great xp that also drop herbs. Just leave all Mana Herbs for the SE and you also should do good here if you use your strikes effectively. Dont forget those Greater Swift Attack Pots!!!
Silent Valley for me is the best exp spot solo. Granted I do use clanhall buffs + lvl 70 prophet buffs. Not sure how you'd fare with the "extremely strong p.att" of all the mobs there though with self buffs only.
