Runspeed on blunt mastery?

I oed my blunt mastery for power because i believed that to be the runspeed increase, but i have it at +3 and i still have the same runspeed with blunt equipped as spear. (also same runspeed as my lvl 53 bh alt with same setup) Is power the wrong method? If so wth does it increase bc its not pattack and it doesnt say >.<

if you enchant blunt mastery for power, you get a run speed increase, +2 for every 3 enchant. and its static, ie weapon equipped dont matter.

you can also enchant for crit power, but i think if you had done that it would say so in description.

Samantha, well, believe it or not, but I have this skill at +12 after Xalya told me it would increase my running speed. And guess what? It DID! So, you better check your stats once again. Because it works. I'm gonna get home soon (I guess) and post a pic for you. Or you could ask Xalya to show you his pics (stats I mean).

Btw. Xalya. Where's a wonderful picture of your main? ;)) Can we see it plz? I wanna see this amazing dorfie with stats and in golem armor states too, if possible. ;)) plz plz plzzzzzzzzz

although, it almost seems all buffs were applied twice cause of bug or something. lasted like 1min or so, before it went back to normal :(

maybe Hero zerk? Or BD lvl 83 zerk dance?

nope still be pretty hard but you can see what buffs he has in the screenshot and chance haste isn't one of them
i just found a screenshot with santa buff (that increase attack speed?) zerk/dances/cov/tallum/haste spear/chance haste and my attack speed is 1071 so i can't imagine anyone going over 1300 in IC

i mean 14k CP? thats twice what i normaly have with hero spear. 402 crit rate *drools* wish i had that always with hero spear, and that crit damage... 16x? thats also atleast twice my normal crit damage.

wth are you doing with the cancel stick? surely even a low element SS would be better
