Can we PLEASE get it fixed? I've been trying for 30 minutes to get a mail message and all I get is OFFLINE...OFFLINE. And yes, before anyone says anything, I kept hitting the button. Over and over and over again, much to my great annoyance.
Not sure how a clan leader is expected to operate when I can't even get my mail messages?
Usually when it says that I try back in 5 seconds and it comes up.
All-in-all, it's best to just give out your MSN to friends and communication with out-of-game email than deal with this.
If you guys have a forum, clan members should be checking that and they can get all of the information they need from the forum PM system.
This also prevents information leaks from people allowing others to log into their game accounts - in-game mail can be checked easily by anyone who has access :P
**** how do you get 1 reply (now 2!) I get 0? lol I made a post about this 2 weeks ago and no one seemed to care. I use the comminity server a lot.. or I wish I could. It has been at it's worst the last few weeks now. If I click it too many times I literally get booted off the game.

I log in the game, check my friend list and I see "The community server is currently offline" message.
I do a search in the clan community window, enter some clan's name and I see that message again.
I'm trying to send an in-game mail, and, having typed a lot of words, all I see is the same "blah blah offline" message, and the letter is gone of course. Starting over... same outcome... then after multiple attempts, after saving it a few times in the "draft" box, the letter is finally sent... but the next one goes down the toilet again. And so on.

Actually I use vent and our website with my clannies and officers, but I find most mail messages are from potential recruits to my clan. Which means I may be missing a recruit.
And what if you have trouble with another clan and need to find out who the leader is? Etc, etc. There are many reasons to use the community server, if it worked.
And yeah, the 5 second thing *was* working but I tried like forever last night. Seems it was just totally and completely offline. Of course, quite frankly, as much as we've been complaining about how it's been acting for months, nothing has been done and it might've just very well finally broke?

Its one of those things that "Will be fixed Soon" that has been this way for years.
Even worse since the last update - i usually spam Alt-B to until I get the community server up. Don't try it now - spamming it WILL disconnect you from L2 - tested by myself and 2 clannies - to whom I said "please try this and let me know what happens...." :)

When I write in-game emails - they start as something quitye verbose for example.
"This weekend we will be taking part in a territory was, and afterwards defending the castle at the head of that territory. Sunday we will be attacking a castle - and it's best if you are logged in on your mains as there will be some high level toons defending"
after the standard community server death and loss of email it becomes terse to the extreme:-
