I just brought the game and its kinda hard for me to meet people.
I need help to run through Nornils Cave :(
The game looks cool and videos make it look social
and it is for the people who have been playing long enough
but it really isnt Newbie friendly because i cant find anyone to talk to or party up with to get through the Kamael Island quest for Nornils Cave/Garden

Yah, you do need a party, and it is rather fun to do as well. I did it when Kamael's were first introduced, so we had a population there to choose from. I'm afraid almost all of the newbie areas are pretty sparse now... good luck with that!
I know I leveled like 2-3 levels going thru there, and by the time I came out, I was too high to go do it again. I believe level 18 is the limit. I even had to delevel once that we failed it so that I could go back in and finish.
nornil's cave is impossible to do without prior knowledge. the WORST quest requirement ive ever seen is for nornil's cave; the condition that you must NOT do the 1st class change.
its really bad. especially because the effort is disproportionate to the reward. i went with 1 Human fighter, and 1 human mystic, and 1 kamael soldier - we cleared it, but only because humans had +8 D grade, were level 20 with no class change.
my advice to you, being a new player, the newbie zones are great, but the Kamael zone wasnt particularly well thought out. i suggest go to your newbie guide, and follow his quests. upon completion of them, youll be level 18 and ready for your 1st class change which is surprisingly simple. from there, youll already be venturing out into the open world of Aden continent, and you'll find people to hunt and group with.

Yup just go do all those newbie quests and the transfer quest at lvl 18 and youll be lvl 20 and ready to hit gludin/gludio/dion areas where you have a higher chance of running into people. If you were on devianne i could help you but teons a no go for me ^^

i said he'd find PEOPLE. not find people TO PARTY.
i think it has something to do with one of his drunken post turned up to be right .. 2 years later or something, some sort of urban myth of L2 official forum.. god only knows.

Sure he will. Half of the time I'm passing through Dion on Teon, there's some random 2x/3x RB party forming. And almost always someone shouting for people for Kamaloka.
Hmm, I tried doing a quest that involved Nornil's cave, it was from one of the weapon/armor traders. The character was like L26 or so and had been through the class change. I'm not quite sure what you mean when people have said they can't enter it after first class transfer, because I certainly entered it.
Tho I get a feeling that ya'll are talking about a different quest....
Yah, I think that is what made it the most fun, was figuring it out, and keeping returning to push through to the next area. We really had a lot of fun there ... and a full puma set was the reward! Woooooot!!!! I think I still have that in my dorf's wh on Aria.
If you switch to Bartz I'll get a few friends to make lowbies and we'll go and do it with you. It's not thhhhaattt hard btw. I duo'd it with a friend (well, there were three of us, but our newbie friend had major lag issues and wasn't really doing anything), but yeah, we did have okay d-grade gear. Should be easy for a full group of actual newbies... even a well balanced 5 people group should have no bigger issues.
But seriously, if you re-roll on Bartz, send me a forum-pm :)
