1. In 30 min - 1 hour you can be lvl 20 w/ first class change and enough adena to buy ToP D grade common gear.
2. Well if you're in NA I would recommen Pheonix. Atm it's most populated NA server.
3. It's always up to you. Poeplo who wants to find ussually finds one. However need to be in a good clan/ally.
4. Well dual box simply means way faster lvling because you don't have to look for a group.
5. Still! Maybe not heawy.

I was on Sieghardt. at the moment it looks like Teon is the most populated, but that can be bacause the bots are back and stronger than ever before. Since you left there has been servers merges to Sieghardt doesn't exist anymore so check what server is has been merged into.
3 : Is it easy to find groups ? In a good clan it should be easy

It's selfish and a pain in the... marshmallow. it's safe to say that the majority of L2 players do dual box, but if you get into a good clan and good parties there are no need for that. you also get buffs from the newbie guide all the way up to lvl 62 and buffs from a Clan Hall (if you join a clan with CH) are more than enough to be able to solo.
5 : Are the boards still under heavy censorship ? The last few months there have been a lack of activity from NCSoft on the site so some parts of the forum has turned into blah...

If you mean level 20, it's like 1 hour. You can also pay 3m and do the 2nd class change in a few minutes.

Teon and Phoenix have more people. I only see Teon as heavy sometimes.

Random groups are less and less frequent the higher level you have. Finding friendly people is necessary if your class cannot solo.

IMO yes, if you want the freedom to play whenever / wherever.
If you can afford to spend some time in clan chat, it is not.

As for censorship it's good to hear it a bit relaxed... I've been boards-banned/threatened a few times here and it wasn't fun. As if I was an outspoken troublemaker... or was I ?
Yeah I wasn't very clear. I've edited it. I wanted to know a bit about the time to go from 68 to SUBclass... But I wasn't expecting a precise answer anyway.

Around level70 i get approx 15% going from vit4 to Vit 3.5. It will probably get worse. It takes me approx 21/2 hours to do this with 2 buffers in party (that just leech) and my melee character.
there is no how many hours from 68 to sub ... you can do it in 50 if you have good buffs/gear and you can do it in 200 if you go kill blue mobs with haste/alacrity.
Pickup groups aren't as frequent as they used to be. People are in clans, clans have wars and those that aren't have buffers so they don't need to look for groups. It iscompletely different to the random people camping LoA entrance way back when LFPing.Game is easier too, there are buff and healing herbs that drop off mobs to help you exp, and lots and lots of places you can solo.

there are actually 2 options.
WOA 68-70 (72)
HS (70-77\8)
At Devianne, there are alot of archers there. HS is the best place so far for lvling at 70-77 imho. OMG...if you could have a "S" bow... wow... that would be awesome place!
68, 69, 70, 71 all progress okay. At 72-75 it begins to slow down (rather like it used to be before vitality).
Granted I'm a DA and unable to actually injure mobs while hunting, but I figure with full vitality that I get about 6-7% per hour of grinding solo.
My experience isn't typical since I tend to hunt without buffs and have no 2nd account.
So 72, 73, 74, and 75 probably take somewhere in the range of 60 hours or more (I'm not done yet :) )
Figure 40 hours or so for the previous 4. I'd just roughly calculate that all things being equal, I'll need 100+ hours to have completed your journey from 68 to 75.
There are some skill additions through there that provide some new things to try out for each class so it's not too horrible.
I did better solo at 72 getting exp with vitality of 2 than I used to at 66 before it was introduced. I was actually amazed at 68, 69, 70 speed of leveling when I returned (I took 6 months off for another MMO) .
It's just a guess though. Everyone could level faster than me :)
another thing is a lot of the "newer" areas in game - rune or goddard regions, or newly redone areas (swamp of screams) give better xp / mob than most of the "older" areas.
