Passives from sub at 65 and 70 only.

hello again,

question? what do other dorfzors have obtained that have more than 1 sub, once they got to 65 and then at 70? i'm not too concerned about the 75 specialized passive, my goal is to have chance haste, increase critical, and something else from the third sub (a tank - TBD).

i acquired p.atk, p.atk (65/70), and from my 66 sWs, also p.atk. not sure if going all mdef at 65/70 from all 3 subs is a good idea.

thoughts & suggestions appreciated.

/regards
So far I've gone pattack and I plan on going pattack once I hit 70 on my second sub.

What have other dwarves done?
pattack
pdef is useless versus mages and mdef is useless versus melee so i figure pattack is the best chance to have something useful all the time
I played with my sub skills alot, tbh. Here, what I've came up with:

At first I had +70 m.def from all 3 subs... Well, tbh, it's nothing. I mean a nuker can have 2k m.def! When you have 2k m.def +70-100 m.def could make a difference, I agree. But On my dorfs I have 1100 m.def... and EVEN if I had +400 m.def from sub skills, it won't make a HUGE difference (yeah, it would make some, but still, it gives me only +70 m.def not 400).

So, as for me, +70 m.def is completely useless.

Then I chose +p.def. Can't remember the exact number, but it gave me more than +150 p.def difference when buffed! And I was like: OMG! That's reall good! As for now, in +3 IC set I have 1700 p.def (shield and no zerk, no G. shield). But 1850 p.def would make a great difference, imho! It's good against fighters, and kinda good in PVE.

Then, I chose + p.atack from all 3 subs and +30 p.atack from lvl 75 sub. It all gave me around 60 p.atack which I'm using now. Well, again, not VERY good, but helped to accelerate my exping more, than +150 p.def

Basically, all I know for now, is that there is a PVE option and PVP option. I'm setuped for PVE atm. I have +p.atack from all subs, chance haste, +critical and +mp.regen (halpes me alot). I kill very fast and gain exp fast too.

But I also know, that as soon as I'm a Hero (if I am a Hero to be more exact ;) ), I'll change to +CP, + critical, +invulnerability (soz spelling) OR: +critical, +UD (from tank sub), +invulnerability.

I personally believe, that having 2 trigger buffs that could make you invulnerable + increase your p.def\m.def for 20% is better than having +chance haste. I'm talking ONLY about dwarfs here.

All I know, is that +critical is a 'must have' skill. I also think, that being invulnerable is a 'must have' too... The choice I have to make is: either take +chance haste from the third sub (to concentrate on the offensive side of my char) or +chance UD (to concentrate on the defensive side of my char).

IC set is dark\wind resist. (good against magies). I don't think it's good to make it +fire\water\earth resist against melee, due to I can whithstand melee dmg. almost perfectly Plus close ranged fighters can get stunned\armor crushed etc. So, I'm concentrating on killing magies, and the main goal is to 'get close enough to them'. That's why I need resist in IC set and +++run. speed from skill enchants.

The way YOU see your dwarf, is up to you! Hope I helped a bit.

P.S. don't take +hp bonus from your tank (it adds only +300hp) and don't take critical resist from tank sub (again), it gives only +3% less critical dmg....
P.S.P.S. I agree with Nanashi about p.atack.
See ya! :)
I plan on going Invun, Warrior Haste, passive critical and all pattk
Seems you've tried most all of the passives Woon, some nice info there. I knew the passives at 65/70 were mostly worthless but didn't know near the exact numbers on them.

One thing I can add, don't bother with the chance crit from a rogue sub. It might be alright if your already a high crit main, but as a dwarf main the bonus is a joke. It gives a percentage crit rate increase based on your crit stat before buffs. What this means is, if your using a blunt and it triggers (rarely!) you'll end up getting like +13 crit rate for 15secs. Even with a polearm it was somewhere around +22 crit rate when it triggered. The passive crit bonus at 75 is +30 crit rate regardless of what weapon you have equipped at all times, and a much much better choice than the rogue chance crit bonus.

I also had the +invun chance at one time, but wasn't terribly thrilled with it either. It's definatly nice when it triggers, especially if your poling, but again the chance for it to trigger seemed pretty low. It's definatly not something you can count on, and therefore probably best as the third and last choice from your subclasses.

Thank you for the info! So, I now think I'll get chance haste, crit and invuln. Seems pretty decent. As for not 'special' skills from 3 subs, I'll go with p.def... really.. IDN why, but I adore it better than p.atack...
