But we tried so many times to lvlup crystals 15->16 - and nothing. There were last hits 100% and all had quest "Enhance Your Weapon". Maybe we did something wrong? So tell me please.
If a raid boss is defeated in either the Seed of Destruction or the Seed of Infinity, new items will drop at a 100% rate.

There were like 5 times when Tiat dropped nothing.
So what? There are wrong Patch notes, or there is wrong with game?
Please fix it.
Well, the 100% is definitely wrong. We have had 1 or 2 people level up crystals in the final hit party with Tiat (I cannot recall about ekimus), but the average is that no crystals level.
I would imagine leveling crystals would be many times easier on frint (since you can kill frint with 1 party) than bothering/relying on tiat for it.Isn't that beside the point?
This crystal leveling problem and that s84 was supposed to be 100% drop from Tiat and Ekimus as well needs to be taken care of.
Either it is a typo in the patch notes that needs to be corrected or there is a fix that needs to happen.

what people on your server don't logout CC leader with clan UD at the frint npc to login and port people in from town? They do it all the time on pheonix and other servers and don't get banned.
