I wouldn't petition it, the in-game GM's are useless and they'll give you some bull answer that has NOTHING to do with why you're even petitioning (and you'll wait 45 minutes in the petition queue to even get that)...
I'd just email them on the NC Support site... probably more effective. Not like they'll jump to fix it just b/c you mailed but at least they'll be made aware of it :)

Are you kidding me they can't even help me with someone starting the 2nd class change quest from Deager and not finishing it. All it says "Someone is in progress please talk to me later". been that way since Noon PST time and its now 11pm still the same problem. All I get from the GM's is "We've escalated this to Game Masters" and "We'll email you with the email address in your account" Ingame Gm's are worthless and this is a new player and I can tell that in the first 2 days.
If it was 90 Accuracy its a typo:
first one would be +12
second one is +16
If you Accuracy is 96 then they switched the numbers:
First one would be +6
Second one would be +12
The stat bonus is no doubt working as its supposed to.
he did it stupidly and put puma on instead of just clicking rabbit off, puma affects accuracy. It isn't bugged. the description is just wrong. It gives 12 evasion instead of accuracy.

I noticed it, but there's no point bringing it up. It's just a translation mistake, those don't really get fixed... Ever.
There are many other mistakes like this. Where it has swapped effect and duration for example. instead of 33% for 20 minutes it'll say 20% for 33 minutes

Yup, just look at the evasion stat in both screenies. The description of the totem is just wrong, like so many others in this game.
