Two weeks ago I have payed for subclass change. I am sws 77/tk 78/ sps 51. As you can see i don't break any of the rules for changing main class. BUT its not working. I have petitioned NCSOFT many times and all the say is that "We are currently looking into the system to understand why system does not allow you to change subclass". AND THE SAME ANSWER FOR ALST TWO WEEKS!!! PEOPLE DON'T PAY MONEY FOR THIS SERVICE OR YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO WAIT LIKE ME!!!
I want anyone from NCSOFT to give me a good answer on why they are not working on this problem! And why they can't chage my sub manualy if i ask them many times to do that, since system does not allow me to do that!!!
A Hero (or Hero waiting) character can submit the Subclass Change request only after the Hero period has ended.
At the time of the Subclass Change implementation, if your character is carrying 80 items or more in its inventory, the change will fail. The character must have no more than 80 items in the inventory. If your character holds more than 80 items, make sure that you reduce your character's number of items in inventory to no more than 80 items at the time of the Subclass Change request and at the time of the Subclass Change processing, which occurs during the weekly maintenance period.
make sure your inventory is clean and that you are on the main class.
The service is working, several clannies and ally members have used it already. So I guess you should re-check if you REALLY meet all the requirements mentioned (being on main, not more than 80 items in inventory etc.).
We are still investigate the issue. We will updated you once we have any information.

I had no reply for last week! I asked many times for NcSoft to do something and still nothing happened. I ask you again to do 3 things:!
1) ANSWER ME
2) Change my sub to main manualy if system does not work

Can you try to have less than 80 items (total of both regular inventory and quest inventory), and then switch to the main class. After you have done these two steps, log into PlayNC and try to apply the code again?

2 - Are you 100% sure picked the correct sub to switch?

1 - not together, each one, oh you know what I mean.
3 - yea.. remember the times with Spam would come on the boards when someone was whining for example (not going to say the name) that there were only bots in other clans but their clan was 100% legit, but then the GM teleported that CL to the clan members that were botting. There are other examples, just to lazy to post the links.

He was Sagi/WindRider and he couldn't apply the sub2main no matter what he tried. After about 3 days of cursing he found out he had a lvl 40 bd sub he never ever played and had forgotten he ever added which was blocking him from switching mains (cause he would have been a Light Elf with a Dark Elf sub)
This doesn't apply to the op, but it happened to a friend so I might as well bring it up just in case ...

this couldn't even apply because the OP is already a LE main :)

Everything is correct. I did everything right. Still not working. Ncsoft does not answer my mails now..

I would check the items in your inventory as well. Since your base is 80, you need 60 or less in your inventory to change between subs or do quest unless you expanded your spaces by fishing proofs.

80% of 80 is 64 so as long as she/he is at less than 64 slots she/he will be fine

Shouldn't matter. it says 80 items, not 80%. 80 makes sense as it's the lowest amount of max items a character can have, can't cause problems when switching
But with all the other number mixups ingame I wouldn't be surprised
