Hi guys, on my way to create my ES sub class but still I wonder which SA will be better for me
Some info for you
1) I will exp my ES till 75, no more
2) I will lvl this sub killing mobs one by one (maybe it's not the best choise but I dont want to debate with you about this point)
3) I will equip DC robe set at 61 (same as before, assume this choise as mandatory)
4) I will solo all the time
For the armor: reaching 61 will be fast, probably I will use a common C grade robe set untill that.
For the weapon: I was thinking about a Blessed Body SA, but now servitor goes buffed
untill 62 as well as me, and after that I think it will have enough life to stand the dmg of a single mob. I dont need Acumen SA for me since after 61 the DC robe will work by itself (again no need to spam heal on the servitor when it tanks just one mob).
I see just 2 choises then: Health SA for me (but with transfer pain, would it be really needed?) or Magic Focus SA for the servitor. This second one is really instrusting. I wonder if it's worth to spend money for the top B blunt weapon required for this set up
and I wonder what the lvl of this Focus will be (effect 1, 2, 3?).
You can use mysterious sword with acumen all the way till 75. Don't say coz you have dc robe, so you don't need acumen sa. It's still better with acumen sa.
Then the top b grade (SoES) btb staff if you can afford one. The servitors have crit rate of a blunt, so they have low crit rate. It wouldn't really make a difference with Focus buff. You don't need health sa either.
Low C Acumen Weapon until A Grade (Mysterious Sword).
Ghoul Staf (BtB4) to buff with. You can keep that until you can afford a Staff of Evil Spirits (BtB5), which is significantly more expensive.
You can always upgrade to a Sword of Valhala at B Grade (Giran Lux Shop). I actually recommend that, because C Blessed Spiritshots are heavy (and the weapons are 2/3x Shot Consumption to boot). The Low C Acumen Weapon is just as good, though. The Casting Speed > the M.Atk for a Summoner.
Why would you use a Common C Grade Robe Set when you can get a real Karmian Set from armor shop? That will give you 15% more casting speed. Tallum is also an option at A Grade.
Focus is anti-climatic on anything except a Cursed Man (or Great Wolf, but that's not a servitor), if you are spending money for an extra weapon to get it in SA form (if you have a buffer, then I guess there is no downside to buffing it!).

If you're that desperate in saving adena, it works.
I personally used a homu up till 52 then i switched over to a wizards tear(old b weap i converted just for sub when i was originally going nuker). My main is a maestro, but i got my EM sub to 76 and will prolly go farther on it someday. The dc robes are ofc the best choice since they give pdef and tal give mdef(which we dont really need). With the changes to spell recharge, then really acumen weap isnt neccesary after u get in those DC robes. Personally i roll around with my dwarf mains bbh with health on my sub now, i still use the dc robes, so in part my gear is due to the expenses, but it works great. With transfer pain up i got nearly the same durability as my main. (you should consider gettting ur sub to 76+ just so u can get element on ur summon. Pre 76 the summoner sub was kinda tedius, but post 76 i enjoy it quite a bit)
