Very little if any pvp to be had at low levels. You could always challenge someone to a duel, that's a nice way to test stuff and fight without losing xp or buffs, you just have to be outside of a peace zone to do it.
Yah, you can pvp at level 1. but the meaningful (rofl if you can call it that) usually is at much higher levels. Lots happens in the 40s, as there are subclasses being started and being leveled. Catacombs, in my experience, had a lot of pvp when we wanted a room and "someone" else had it. :D
