At this time, Master Yogi will be making his exit and you will no longer be able to turn in your enchanted staffs. All event staffs and scrolls will be removed from the game. We hope you enjoyed the Master of Enchanting event!
Several known html and graphical issues will be fixed during this maintenance period.
just a suggestion...why not tell us what's going on behind the scenes? why's the server down for another hour? what all stuff actually happened today? tell us everything so that way we don't feel so far away from your hearts!!

Initially we thought that it would be only an hour, unfortunately additional complications arose during that time frame. :( We are certainly not trying to make it a habit!

im sure many of players dont know what to do, do somthing move somewhere or what.
isnt better to say/write something like "server maintenance are extended by 3-4hours" so ppl like me not loosing their time at comp evry one hour to click.

It could be possible that windows has some patches rolling out...I'm looking into the updates atm. Sometimes the patches from microsoft do effect systems all around ^^.

With all due respect for IT'rs and their work (which is often a hardship..I know majority my friends are IT network and programming specialists...They nag alot) euhm what went wrong with the maintenance?

I would agree with most who ask for a bit more of communication which has been rather poor since our last steadies were moved to Aion work, but serious...The game is still here an so is it's community. I prefer to know something is seriously wrong and it will take you a day to solve it then be like this on the edge knowing nothing and thinking it's yet again (as always suggested lately by the auto support replies) that my system has an issue.
So guys, what is the exact problem? Serious if it needs hours to solve then take the hours...but please do inform your paying customers of the inconvenience a bit more then 'we are sorry'. Not a single supplier of any services ever just says 'we are sorry'

Like I said.. problem is either:
a) Load Balancing is misconfigured.
b) There's some annoying routing misconfigured.
c) Auth server not handling requests properly.
1. The Iomega ZIP drive that they load our characters off is experiencing the click of death.
2. An IBM Deskstar has head crashed.
3. An Apple has Kernel Paniced.

I hope your "network team" members (all two of them ;)) will incidentally find out what's causing the server-wide lag spikes (that started 3 weeks ago and somewhat decreased during the last week) and fix the issue.
Well, here is a bigger issue. Today is the birthday buff of one of my characters, and the servers still aren't up yet... what happens if this issue turns into a longer issue and lags over into tomorrow, will I still be able to get the birthday buff?!

I think they might also be trying to fix the Red Soul Crystal from being invisible from inventory/private shops. Also the Territory War reward items from Territory Manager there was a similar glitch. The Territory Earing was also invisible. Go play the PTS or CoD4 or something. Go outside its flippin' summer!
