Any news on what's going on?....I'm stuck on fantasy isle and unlike other npc's the gk there doesnt EVER show up. I also can't even do the stupid little block flipping game because they all vanish into thin air every now and then so im stranded...with nothing to do :( grrrr
unfortunately, the GM's work from until 5 pm Central time, that's what? GM-5... so, they'll be back some time tomorrow, unless anyone knows the personal home phone numbers of some of these nice GM's...
At the moment, I'm experiencing the following glitch: after leaving the Olympiad stadium, I can't find Oly manager and Monument of Heroes. A couple of minutes later, they slowly reappear on my screen.
Fun stuff.
Edit: I see, it looks like all npc disappear then reappear a few minutes later.
Expect to submit a ticket and receive a reply that we all need to update our video drivers.

This issue has been there for a few hours at least. Everyone experienced it. But only a dozen of people bothered to post here and only a few petitioned it. This just illustrates the fact that you can't estimate the severity of a problem judging just by the number of forum posts or tickets submitted to your tech support. (Just look at the recent lag-related threads, for example.)
The point is: players don't really want to communicate with your "tech support" that try to figure out things by reading the three-days-old petitions and then send us random automated responses.
First of all, we need live GMs actively monitoring the servers 24/7, experiencing every issue first-hand and fixing it ASAP.
We are continuing to work on the problem but have not found a resolution yet. I will keep you guys posted if we are going to be having further downtime.
Maybe NCKorea listened to the Korean players that cried for MORE RANDOMNESS in game and implemented this new and exciting feature (which is currently working as intended) without telling anyone at NCNA? :D
I suggest we get revita pops for this to make up our time lost for xp. that way we can at least make up for this time lost we could have been xp'ing. I for one had a goal in mind before weekend ended. but due to this, it seems it wont happen. Any way u guys will make it up to us? or are we just gonna get another apology as usual :confused:

ok now for real tho , i wasnt crying , i was suggesting, and not everyone is lvl 81 with 3 subs at 7x, and im just sayin id appreciate a revita pop since i was supposed to be lvl'ing for the past 4 hours instead of dealing with this. Would be a nice thing on thier part.

ya its just that its pretty bad timing, especially for me. i have my sub 1 lvl from A grade where i can where my tallum instead of my ugly zubei, and finally my clan/allys prime time comes, we get a party, we go for hero rift, next thing we know mobs are gone. i think to myself i waited entire day to xp, i got 28% already, was hoping to get 50% today, but wont be happening. and im busy next few days, so now im not sure i can hit 61 before terr wars and sieges. and this problem began 3-4 hours ago. i dont think it will be resolved soon. :( thats why im a bit mad about it atm. and revita pop would be nice since im at vit 0 or at least full lvl 2 vit so i can at least xp 4 hours again and make up todays xp or sumting, i duno, just my suggestion =P

We will be restarting the servers shortly and the issue with the NPC's will be resolved. It took longer than expected but we were able to identify and resolve the issue that was affecting the NPC server. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you very much for your patience.

That really blows :( . But frankly I'd restart the quest, or you could petition it. Ask them to switch to the preferred weapon. Tell them you meant to chose one thing but lag made you chose another. Hope it works, and good luck with it.

yea ive sent a petition just before server shutdown.. will see wot happends.. in the past gms been helping fine wif these problems so im guessing itll be alrite as they are aware of these problems

Since its a (top) B-Grade weapon you need for that part of the quest, you could go to BS Mammon and exchange for free. (in case neither of them - done choice or crafted weapon - is fist/dual)

It was a joke. Certainly you've seen the posts on this site where every time there is the tiniest glitch on a Euro server, some fruitcake posts a whine-rant about how Euro players are mistreated.

I don't know if the fix ever took on Luna last night. I logged in right after the patch and I had my wolf disappear 4 times inside of 30 minutes. After my wolf disappeared as well as the mob I was fighting I called it quits for the night.

yes in canada if you have a signed petittion with at least 200 signatures brought b4 an MP, the mp MUST table it in the house of commons or the constituents with call for a nocofidence vote in their specific riding.

relog pretty much keeps sorting it for me =p well only 1 relog nd had no problems ever since :) i dunno wots up but just give em the time ^^
