You haven't been able to xp for 12 hours? oO I've been xp'ing the entire time (well no, I slept, I ate.. but clannies that had been on for hours when I came on again 3 hours ago didn't even know that something was wrong, so it really can't have been thaaaaaaat bad while I was gone), except for those occasional mob-dis-spawn hic ups. This really isn't nearly as scandalous as you make it out to be. Also, revita-pops start being worthless after a certain level, so a "fix" that only a part of the player-base benefits from doesn't seem like a particularly smart solution to the problem.

I'm pretty sure there is more low lvls then high lvls. so i dont see how ur right about it not beneffiting most of the player base. How would u feel if u couldnt play on ur prime time for 12 hours straight? especially if u had a goal before siege weekend came.

Siege weekend was last weekend, so you still have a week and a half. And I'd say that most of the dedicated playerbase is 76+, because that's when vit starts becoming a 'half a buffround'-joke. Even if it were just a small percentage of the playerbase - how does it make it any less unfair?

i dont have the statistics i need to convince you smittie that there are more low lvls then high lvls, but then again i dont need to convince u in anyway. and im not sure if there are more low lvls then high. heck i dont even know how u would define a low lvl and a high lvl. at what lvl would those even split? but from my experience, i think there are more low lvls. its just that u dont notice them cuz u think of them as non factors.

You may have been sleeping during that time thus u can care less. Some ppl had plans to hit A grade or maybe get new skills before the territory sieges, clan hall sieges on fridays, and castle sieges. And because of this we couldnt complete those. These werent planned maintenances in which we had warning about. They just happened. So why are we to blame? Its NCsoft's game. The problem occured from their side. So why must we suffer for it? Since we have at least make it up to us. Giving us 1 revita pop would help us gain back the 12 hours we lost. 1 probably wouldnt even make up the time. But at least it would be better then nothing. At least we would know NCsoft is willing to help us when THEY make the mistakes. Once again i have no idea why u are getting so overprotective and mad when the mistake was on their end. And we were the ones suffering for it.

Alright, I'll say it again, for the last time.
Everyone who played during the last 24 hours is effected by the downtime. Why should only a part of the players benefit from the "refund" (revita pop)? How is that fair? It's NOT. It is not fair. <- that's what I don't like about it.
I'm not saying "OMG! NO MORE VITA POPS EVARRR", and neither am I saying "OMG! NO REFUND FOR SCREWY SERRVERRRSS". I'm just saying that your vita-pop idea isn't good.
Also, I suggest you read patch notes. They clearly state that 76+ vitality decreases faster then at levels lower then that. If you put that into action it means that at 76+ your vitality will be gone within a buffround or two. That is a fact.
The reason I say that 'most of the dedicated players are 76+' is simply because dedication = play the game a lot. play the game a lot +5 year old game with few newbies = high level. Is it really THAT hard to understand?
Just because you don't take low level players into consideration, doesn't mean that that's the case for everyone. I for one consider people who don't consider low level players as elitists. A lot of elitists (especially the insecure one, and you did assume that I was insecure a few posts ago, remember?) like to take their botted glory out on lowbies. <- omg, and it suddenly makes sense.

Yes the npc's on sayha dissapeared around 9pm central time during oly, then a while later they brought the server down.
As far as revita pops go, i am lvl 79 on my main and i think your a fool to turn down any help with leveling. Just because it doesnt last as long doesnt mean it does not help. And btw in case you didnt know you can save your vita pops for the next update when they last much longer for 76+... Also if revita pops are not the answer in your opinion then what do you suggest other than that other peoples ideas are stupid??? that actually sounds like a much more reasonable option.. i mean, if the service has been deficient for an x length of time, then the appropriate thing to do would be to provide that same amount of time free of charge..
