It was Friday afternoon and I was hunting as always in Cruma Tower.
After some moments of continuous hunting without stop I ran out of Mana.
“I wish I had a recharger behind me, replenishing my mana.”, I thought.
I expressed my problem to my clan mates:
-Well, there is a solution to this problem, an old dwarf mentioned, you can find a kookaburra.
-And how I’ll be able to find one, I answered.
He sipped some beer from his bottle and continued:
-In Gludio there is a pet manager named Lundy. He might be able to give you a kookaburra. But be careful he is going to ask you some kind of favor. It’s worth the try though. You’ll definitely recognize him, he has a wolf running up and down.
After 5 minutes of thinking I broke the silence and said:
-I’ll give it a try! Thanks for the advice.
-Good luck, young lady. And remember, be patient whatever he asks you.
Finally, I found Lundy sitting near the stairs of the town.
-Good afternoon, I said as gently as I could, I am here for the Kookaburra.
-And you think that you’ll get it so easy? No, no, my dear, you have to do me a favor first. Could you please go and get me a Work hammer? After this I’ll give you the pet that you want.
-Hmmmm, Ok I’ll be right back.
I ran to the nearest weapon shop.
-Hi I would like to buy a Work hammer, I said.

I closed the door of the shop with anger and went to Lundy. I was ready to shoot the hammer on his head but I remembered the Dwarf’s words : “Be patient whatever he asks you”. And that’s what I did.
-Here is your hammer. Now gim’me my kookaburra.
-Hey hey young lady not so fast. There’s something else that you must do.
-What are you talking about? You said that after I brought you the hammer you’d give me my chicken!
-Yes yes. I know what I said but something has changed. You have to do something else. Go out of Gludio at the western gate and hunt the Lizardmen. You’ll find some broken gems into their pockets. Find 30 and bring them to me.
-Oh ****…I…I’ll go…
I ran fast to the western gate of the town.” Where am I going? He said to the southern gate and I’m in the western one…” And eventually, I burst out crying. I was mourning the loss of my adena.
Hopefully, I killed the Lizardmen easily and each one of them had the broken gemstones on them so I didn’t have to search deeper.
I got back to Lundy.

He took a careful look at them.
-They seem to belong to the orcs. Go and speak with the local High Prefect. He might know something.
I didn’t say anything and headed to the Orcs’ Guild. It was easy to find the Prefect.He was the tallest and the most well-built orc in there.
-Pet Manager Lundy sent me to show you these pieces of gemstone. Do they belong to you? , I asked.
-Hmmm, they don’t belong to us definitely, Dark elf. Return to your sender.
I went straight to Lundy hoping that this was the end of the useless mission.
-Well, what did he say, Lundy asked.
-He said that those gemstones do not belong to the orcs.
-Ok then. Give them to me. Here is the ocarina. And I’m really sorry for the whole trouble.
-You tell me…,I answered and left with the Kookabura’s Ocarina in my hands.
“I got the chicken. . . “ I said to my clan mates.Eventually, I got no reply.
