I just dinged 75 on a subclass which I wanted to change to my mainclass. My mainclass is a Bladedancer and my sub is an level 75AW. So I dinged today and got that paid service to work and now its not showing me the AW :( it seems like the PlayNC site isnt aware of my subclasses level (cause I just dinged) is there any delay in updating information from Gameserver (level etc) and the PlayNC site?
As you said its probably not aware yet. (also, why do i have the feeling everyone is abandoning their bd main class <<). Think you should wait a day or at least an hour or 2 before the site is aware of the changes in the game.
Hmm, i will keep watching it - Wanted to make it perfect so I have a new mainclass tomorrow after maintenance. Well, im not sure about the others but for me, I prefer playing the perfect killing machine over playing a support class. I found out on that when I added the Dagger as subclass :)
IIRC it takes a day for the paid service character info DB's to update. try again tomorrow morning just before maintenance. your ticket to sub-2-main should be processed same-day. if not, it will be next maintenance.
I applied for mine less than 3 hours after I hit 75 on my sub
Your main isn't over 80?
Do you have over 80 items in inventory? (I don't know if this will prevent it from even showing up, it could... NCSoft works in strange ways.)
My main is level 80 and i solved the problem as it seems: I didnt change back to my mainclass until now. I logged in switched from sub to main and back and there we go, already queued for my new mainclass =) Seems like it needed that swapping to realise the levels :)Can i stay on my subclass or do i need to be on my mainclass or doesnt it matter maybe for the changes to take effect.Thanks in advance and regards!
A Hero (or Hero waiting) character can submit the Subclass Change request only after the Hero period has ended.
At the time of the Subclass Change implementation, if your character is carrying 80 items or more in its inventory, the change will fail. The character must have no more than 80 items in the inventory. If your character holds more than 80 items, make sure that you reduce your character's number of items in inventory to no more than 80 items at the time of the Subclass Change request and at the time of the Subclass Change processing, which occurs during the weekly maintenance period.
A character on the public test server cannot participate in this account service.
You cannot participate in this account service if your account or character has been banned.
If your account is banned while a requested Subclass Change is in process, the change will not take effect.

You can eb on whatever class. But it will switch it. When I got mine I was logged out at a hunting spot, when I logged in I had switched class to my previous main.
I think that might be the first and only time somebody has had zealot and ogre spirit totem on anything other than tyrant and soul breaker :)
