Network Maintenance - Devianne / Phoenix - 2am CDT / 8am GMT

Greetings to Devianne and Phoenix players!

Beginning at 2am CDT (8am GMT) on Tuesday July 28th we will be performing a bit of network maintenance that may temporarily affect your connection to the Devianne and Phoenix servers. Maintenance is expected to last for one hour.

All servers will remain up throughout this maintenance and other servers will not be affected.

Hello, was this maintenance related to the lag spikes that some players have on Devianne or Phoenix and not on any other server ?

If so, it doesn't resolved the problem, I'm still lagging on Devianne and Phoenix, and I have no lag spikes at all on all others servers. :(

And yes, I have a ticket opened at support.

The connection you have to these two servers will be different than the connection to our other servers since they are in different places. It is good that you submitted a ticket, feel free to PM me a ticket number if you have any trouble with the process; tech support will likely need to have you run a traceroute to the server to determine where the problem lies.

All this is done already, ticket being opened since 5 days or so. :)

I can't level with lag spikes like that, only PS sub is doable since it's low level...
And I don't plan to change server just to not have lag...

please advise what has been changed during this maintenance as since then a significant increase of lag has occurred on Devianne, more then 50% of the ppl in my ally have ongoing lag issues..
