maybe.. JUST maybe you don't get vitality while being in the olympiad stadium?
That's where you are when you're watching olympiad fights, its not like observing sieges where there's a copy of you in town.

Safest way to be sure to get Vit bar back is to be in a town or loged out.
All the rest you kinda not get it back. Or you go do some RB's to gain vit back but it will in either ofthe cases take some time before you touch Bar 4 again.
yeah, the time is either x2 or x3 the just sitting in town vitality for logging out... but as for the post, there is a system for bug reporting, but it's a huge pain in the but to use. i've given up on reporting bugs...
although...
i have yet to find a good abusable bug:)
the only bug i know of...
talking to he race track manager, and clicking on a lane for race multiple times in quick succession... causes disconnect.
i don't know if this affects everyone, or just me...
but i tried for a few hours trying to put together the bug report, and got fed up.
meanwhile, i wonder when those huge terrain problems will be taken care of? the one oh phoenix outside of wall of argos...
If you have a pet and you d/c the items that were in its inventory stay on the pet. If you log on and trade the pet to someone else, when they summon it, the items are gone, neither the original player or the recipient have the items in their inventory, and neither does the pet.
When the original owner summons the pet after he gets it back, the items reappear.
I trade my pets around a lot and now I have to go character by character and summoning the pet with them to see who has the armor and necklace.

That's in the Gracia Final patch notes.
Pet inventory functionality has changed.
* Change: When a pet is unsummoned due to loss of connection to the server or logging out, all items held by the pet will remain with the pet until they are summnoned again.
Your other issue seems like something the debug team never thought about.

I noticed and submitted a bug for this about a month ago also. I freaked out when I passed my pet via freight to another toon with the gear equipped and opened it to find out nothing was there :) Passed it back and they eventually showed up. Fenrir gear is expensive ^^
mob track is also a safe zone but no vitality there
Really? That's strange, I didn't know that. Fantasy island does re-gen vit.
don't go to town if you want vit. log out. It's 10 times faster and it doesn't matter where you are when you're logged out.
the concrete number is 4x afaik

Please use the in game petitioning system for simple bug reports or use our support web site (help.ncsoft.com (http://help.ncsoft.com)) if you've got a screenshot or more lengthy details about an issue.
While this may not result in a visible quick fix on your end, we do investigate the bug reports that are submitted via both methods provided that there is enough information for us to go on.
I hope you don't view this as a difficult process...we find player submitted reports to be quite valuable.
