tried to petition a guy who was advertizing to sell dynasty set for real life money (Btw: knockturnalley on sayha is advertizing to sell dynasty set for real life money), anyway, tried to make a petition, nothing, before i would at least get a confirmation auto reply, and it would say something like "you submitted a petition" and you couldnt submit another one for a certain period of time. Tried to submit one now... nothing. Looks like thye just turned off petition system :(

not opening a browser and typing a petition on the tech support forum everytime i see a bot in game... besides, the only reply you get there is to use the bot button... yea, like that works for 5 bot trains in catas..
for me they still work but the answers are still a Joke.
In addition to lag petitions, my most recent issue has been Territory war badges.
Yes i got 0 badges in 2 cycles participating, even the person afk in party in town got 13.....WTH is that!!!
My answers were along teh lines of "Drops depend on your party take it up with them" "Quest rewards can be random you got 0" "Please tell us more we are ******ed"
well i embellished the last one a bit but you get my point. there were a few more of similar end result.
Maybe we should all make Alts with names like "GM-Tulp" and walk around Giran and where the bots hang and see what happens. Kinda like GM decoys....might strike fear in some hearts.
