I might be known to you as bothering you all with a lot of complaining so here is a positive thread once:
I have noticed a recent activity mainly by Moxie and Lyzira on the boards, but also on the news section and the new event seems to be something new, too. It really makes us (who are left and will be here forever) feel that Lineage 2 and the NCsoft team around it, is still alive and CARING.

sometimes i feel l2 is like the underpants gnomes eppisode of south park... step one collect underpants... step 2 ????.... step 3 profit.... n they just skipped step 2 n dont know how to adress it.
gotta say is nice to have less of a mess to go through but like my boy hatemongerer said some support in game would be LOVELY... oh say like that 10-15 second lag on phoenix n other servers...
but how about advertising i see shes doing some viral pr work on twitter and face book which is nice cause its free but in some of my many other posts how about some tv adds. some adds on the net. instead of just having your own page on twitter etc how about first thing they see like on myspace full half page add with some hot pvp action.
maybe see some actual merchandise out like tshirts hats, +3 wristbands... figgures, beenie babie buffalo's n cougars, energy drinks, power bars, cereal.

you forgot collectible Moxie and Lyzira bobble-head figures! On "throwback day" they could issue a "Spam Bobblehead" collectible. It works for MLB!

But really, what happened to ncsoft, 2 years ago i went to a meet and greet in austin, and they had lineage t-shirts and posters at that time. I had hoped that they would be having more meet and greets, or even an online store where i could get lineage schwagg...

Despite the recent unpleasantness, Lyzira has been nothing but helpful in the way of posts and helping to curb the bot problems. She's only one person, but I really feel like if there were more like her at NCSoft, this game would have the best possible customer support. Here's to all her efforts! So far, she's the best CM we've ever had.

I've said that myself ...BUT....the problem is no ingame support. Do i care to have the game policed for cheaters or do i want the forums policed for circular arguements?
I am agree. Lyzira and Moxie are so far the most active CMs I've seen in a long time.
