Orc Barracks for Level 24+ but you may not be there long, port from Gludin. The Hounds spoil or drop DSS recipe which sells for around 500k and the Footmen drop and spoil steel. Other mobs spoil decent mats and there is a level 25 quest that starts at Poitur who is not far from the port spot which is decent. Quest name is Recover the Farmland if you want to look it up :)
EG Execution Grounds isn't bad for your level, and there is a quest for that spot too if you did the quest for Black Lion mark in Abandoned Camp. Lower EG is an excellent spot to level a pet, all the mobs on the lower level except the trees are non-aggro.
Crypts of Disgrace has a quest for mats but the spoils there suck :(
Other than these my low level spoilers usually are in catas aoe'ing ;)
ps: remember to get the top D common weapon, armor and jewels!

and one more question where can i check my servers market prices??? is there any list on this forum with the prices or do i have to find them myself by visiting the pstores??
sadly you have to be a paid member (or use their questionable sniffer) to get access to market prices now on l2wh :( and I don't know of another site that has this info. I guess just watch your market to get an idea on prices.
