Friend lost MONEY from event!

A friend lost 6million adena from his shop critting in Giran/Phoenix. He had some common weapons in the shop to sell but critted from event mob someone spawned and when he got back, weapons gone and no adena from it :(

He was going to post but the forum won't let him log in, he used his game login but it didn't work.

He said I could tell his main's name which is Nghtmre. The toon this happened on was HosDelgato. He sent a petition but I thought everyone should know that this can happen. I am screenshotting my shop window now :( since I have critted a number of times this morning >< people shouting "oh boy here come the crits!" when they launch seeds :mad:

I have known Nghtmre for years and I believe him.

I theorethically lost about 6 mil too by my crafter dorf being criterrored at night.

I never have that problem and my WS is 24/7 but then I don't have her sitting at Giran

This wasnt theoretical sales that might have happened and it is related to the event critting :( his weapons he had for sale in shop have disappeared :confused:

I thought the game logged things you've had in inventory,I had an issue once couple years ago and if you submit a ticket in game or email game support about it that might get you somehwere,but I'm sure it will take time seeing there's A LOT of people having issues.

Your friend needs to contact support, as it has been mentioned. Please be patient as we've got more tickets than normal right now.

i loose adena unfairly everytime i spend a brez due to dieing from server lag, when am i going to be compensated?

Don't get me wrong, im not defending NCsofts Laggy servers (although i havent had lag past 2 days)

im just saying it doesnt matter how much he lost

I think 6 million is a chunk of change to loose and is worth the effort to submit a ticket.

that's very likely, had a clanny buy 20 windstones for 27k off some third party afk shop few days ago. you got to be pretty dumb to set up a store missing 3 zero's. maybe the same reason why they keep saying 27kk instead of 27m? who knows!

Good News! The GM's gave my friend the common weapons back that he lost in his shop from an event crit :D

I mainly posted this thread to alert people to watch their shops and adena in case something goes missing like this but now that the crits seem to be fixed it should be no worry :)
