All servers will be brought down at 11 am PDT / 1 pm CDT / 2 pm EDT / 7 pm GMT for emergency server maintenance. Please exit out of the game client when maintenance begins so that you will patch once maintenance is complete. Estimated downtime for is approximately 30 minutes.
This maintenance is for a hotfix to the event, it is not going to remove the event from the servers.
We know that many of you have requested the removal of the event or bringing it back at another time, but right now we are working on fixing the existing issue so that everyone can enjoy the event that was created for us. Please know that I will do my best to keep you guys as informed as I can as new information becomes available.
First time the event came, I didn't crashed . When I heard that people got crashes, I begin to crash lol
It's not all the time, I think it depends of the Computer (thoses who crach the more are on XP SP2 I heard, not SP3

Thank you!
We see in game that downtime will be for 2 hours and u posted 30min.
So how long ?
great so for those poor people who dont come to the forums and see this post they will lose 2hrs of play time thanks to thats what they have been told the down time will be and if they are like me who gets home around this time from work they will lose a whole days play (i can push it to 3 hrs play at best before i have to get sleep to head back to work again) because someone cant type the right number........
also is it so hard to make ingame announcements telling people not to use seeds in town upon login and every so often like you do with the soul crystal announcement and the "dont buy adena" one????
NC just stop the event. I doubt you guys will fix the issue. Just stop doing events forever please. All you do is get our hopes up, then destroy them. That's going to kill you fan base faster than not running events. If you can't run them right, don't run them at all. The even with the over-enchanting just caused so much lag, game became unplayable for months. Now we have crit errors. What's next? You guys don't even give us some extra playing time for all the mess ups you make. That's fine. But please don't cause more problems than you already have. You guys don't interfere to stop bots, so why are you guys trying to interfere to make this game more enjoyable? It pretty much feels like you guys are here to destroy the game.

My opinion is the following: If the hotfix manages to solve the issue of crashes, then by all means let the event roll. If for some unforseen reason it fails, then stop the event. Playerbase is already in frustration.
I'd' say beyond frustration, the player base is downright livid. Most of my clannies refuse to log in during this, even though we have clan based plans set up
and this is awesome, out of my whole clan/alliance i'm the only one on. i was to be given a new weapon thanks to a generous clan mate for next to no adena which would have enabled me to grind at a much better rate but because someone was negligent with the estimated server downtime message i wont be able to recieve it today and i'll have to wait another month as they are out on manouvers..

If the screenshots are too confusing:
- I double click my L2 shortcut
- It starts patching several files
- It gets to file nwindow.dll and is fine until decompression
- It says that I am out of disk space
- I have 53.8GB free on that partition
I can't find anything on the forums about it. A look at the KB only brought up an error on Mac clients(Lineage 1). I tried deleting it and having the auto-patcher download the file again, but the same error occurred.
[ADDED]
Tried patching periodically and now it went through with a hitch. Disregard I guess.
Here is 8PM too and GMT+2. So maybe you should learn a little more about your country.
Lol, too funny
GMT zones still turn the clock an hour forward and backwards at the 2 appropriate times every year. At spring and at Autumn(Fall for those of you who don't recognize the first ;) ) Now check out the GMT +1 zone... see stockholm there? yeah its my capitol city ;) just cause we turn the hours back and forth to adjust daylight savings we do not change the name/number of our zone, GMT +1 is GMT +1, period. GMT is GMT which is Londontime, period. I am currently in GMT +1 and will not be in a different zone until i move to another country further away. I am simply in GMT +1 with adjustments made for the daylight savings. That means the hour is turned forward to adjust for daylight savings.
We also use a different word for daylight savings but i'm only using that as something for people to reference to.
You have been educated, now you can kindly sod off :)

As I already mentioned GMT time is not changing 2 times a year => offset between your local time and GMT changes. So you does not have whole year same GMT+${X} . And BTW timezone are not reffered as GMT but UTC.
