I no i have said it before in a different post, but this annoying! Bartz gets to 2-3 bars before it restarts. first day I was out hunting about 6 hours and got 5 seeds (3 bars at reset time), second day 4 hours 4 seeds (2 bars at reset time), third day 5 hours 2 seeds (3 bars at reset time).. one of the heroes popped 90 something by himself and nothing happened.. are changes going to be made with either the drop rate or how much it takes to fill the bar? the only way I can see us ever getting full bar at this point is if we go broke buying a bunch of seeds off the bots...
I'm curious if the event is really that bad, because it seems every time there is an event all I see is people ing about it being to hard to get drops. I thought the reason most ppl played this game is because it was a hella grind to get anything.

I guess the point of the events is to give us a little break from that time and to mix it up and add some good/fun rewards for everyone including the poor players. Which they are sometimes (lineage 2 letter event for example was excellent).
First buff round after servers came back up tuesday morning I got 18 seeds and 5 explosive seeds. I crit error'd started game back on again and since then I have gotten about 1 seed per hour and 4 explosive seeds total. Something happened to the drop rate after about an hour of the game starting after tuesdays down time.
Everyone in my alliance has voiced about the same drop rate. So unless it only takes a few seeds to fill the bar it will never get full except on the special days. Specially since they announced that some rewards are only available on eva's special event days.
I very rarely post, exspecially about events. A lot of people do complain about events, some have a good point, some are just fustrated. This is the first time I have voiced anything bad about an event. I like the events because they do give us a chance to get out of the normal grind and try to accomplish something else. I just don't feel like spending all my adena buying from bots to get the bar full.. lets say they do drop enough to fill the bar, How much of those drops are going to bots who delete them or sell them?

Somehow I doubt the drop rate on seeds will improve with this maintenance or getting the vitality rewards that seem to be as rare as those +10 weapons that nobody got in another borked event long ago :o lol omg I've turned into a QQ whiner!!!!! :eek:
I noticed the explosive seed mobs are dropping more items but getting an explosive seed is like trying to get a full drop. Really having drops dependant on how many items are on the server is just stupid. Come on we know where all the items are and the bars will never fill up.
The longer we get out from server restart the worse the drop rate gets. Come on 1 seed in 2 hours is a non event.

seems to be true, i havent been able to play during this event alot, but after todays restart, 11 seeds in 45 mins...at the begining of event got 1 seed and 12 or 13 dc's in 4-5 hours >< Dont get me wrong, love events to offset grind and add soemthing extra to the game, but it makes servers unplayable or become a grind in themselves, defeats the purpose imo.
I seen a dwarf in Giran on Aria with 965 Seeds of Fire for sale at 100k each. No wonder we will never get the bar full. I have not seen it go past 2 bars since this event started. We did get to the 3rd bar tonight before I logged for the night. I have gotten only 3 seeds for grinding several hours tonight and have not gotten more than that per night since this event started. :(
Drops still appear to sux lol at least for me :( 2 and a half hours got 4 normal seeds at iop, a little over 1 hour on another toon at seal of shilien got 1 normal and earlier, about an hour aoeing the whole pit at Pavel, one big pull dropped 3 normal seeds and all the other big pulls dropped none :confused:
bars are moving, up to 5 now but i am going to sleep so I will probably miss when you have to visit Jack Sage :p that is IF the bars fill up lol ><
It certainly seems the drop rate is high after a reboot then drops off quickly. After the reboot tonight, first buff round I got 8 regular seeds and 3 explosive. Second buff round, in the same location, 1 regular seed and 0 explosive seeds.
I've noticed the same thing. Seeds dropped a lot 30 mins after the reboot, and after that back to almost nothing again.
that's because there is a preset number of seeds per hour that are supposed to drop in a particular area. after restart, few people are online, that means the preset number spreads among less ppl, leaving you with more items. after BOTS log in, the drop rate decreases until eventually reaches almost zero.
the drop rate seems to have gone up slightly, on Bartz the bar is going up much quicker then it was. Last night between the time the servers went down and I went to bed we were at 3 bars already, which we were getting lucky to get 2 bars in the 24 hour period. this morning we are already at 2 bars, where as before we were lucky to get 1 bar 6 hours past the restart of it.
why try to make full the bar the other day than the 3 days exp bonus (6-10-14)?
if you make full the bar the other days , there's a gift too?
we are better to all open the items this 3 days , no??
I agree. With this lousy drop rate we might not get enough seeds to fill the bars on the special days 6-10-14 and I am hoping Jack Sage will be giving out vitality pots or runes those days if we make it.
Haven't really heard of anyone getting the vitality rewards straight from seeds yet, and if they are they are as rare as a pair of Divine boots :p
non stackable or tradable heal pots on my Saint ftl :(
The only "gift" on other days is the bonus xp, like 10%, 20% or something, which after working all day to get the bars full, we who have to sleep don't even get the benefit :confused:
