All servers will be brought down for an event update at 4:30pm PDT / 6:30pm CDT / 7:30pm EDT / 11:30pm GMT / 12:30am (9/3) BST on Wednesday, September 2nd. Estimated downtime is approximately 60 minutes. This hotfix will correct an issue related to the extended 24-hour reward window.

This is ridiculous, our server is at 8 bars, and resets always reset our bar, this is nonsense, the servers could have been brought down tonight , but instead you punish our event because of your ineptitude....
Can you plz explain why the server downs is always when we get close to a event reward? I mean get close to actually getting benefit from the event you restart the server and we go back down to 0 .. seriously whats the point of a event that is broken to start off with .. makes it so everytime you get close to a reward it rests the stats .. I would have gotten more xp/pvp/olly if there was no event to begin with.
Maybe instead of going back to 0 bars everytime you restart the server you should put it back at what it was? I am sure its not that difficult to tell how many bars there where lol .. you tell us to use the event items .. we do and we lose the benefit from it .. no wonder no one wants to LOL.

but now again only i want to say is... take this event and put it as deep as possible in dark corner !
i assume it was impossible to do this hotfix during regular maintenance, or at least this one which had pleace this morning? hey, lets just stop all servers till this event end, or just dont open game... annyoing
add vitality pots dropping from seed at least.
With maybe the same rate as 5h rune or 3 day circlet. So this event will finally can be called "vitality event".
Btw, cant u just do this maintenance like hour before normal event day reset, so 9am gmt etc?
It will solve problem with dissapearing bars, my server is also at lvl 8 atm, and i was just opening seeds to help get lvl 10 for today... and what now?

Guys... really... How many times has the server been brought down in this event? are we getting something for all those unscheduled maintenances?
And what about the progress bars? you first call everyone to use their seeds to reach the goal... then u bring down the server and resets the progress bar... we wanna get the exp bonus but lvling 3 hours can be hard if u keep delaying us with unscheduled maintanances and reseting the progress bar =_=

Thank you Lyz, this had not happened at any previous reset so you can understand why we would be upset...
what about all the other days server was restarted and bars where near max and what about players who have been on all day trying to get the bar up so they can get the exp reward then server is reset and cant as they are to tired from the day lvling and grinding what do they get a lvl or 2 would help but NCSoft I am sure would not do this dont see why not as it was them that reset servers and put on a event that is so bugged it takes so long with so many restarts and still not fixed

lol I am invisioning all the gm's having to log in to each server and open a zillion seeds to get our bars back! :p
As a player with limited play time during the U.S. evening time, why are these servers maintenances always happening during this same time frame when there are so many players in the US just loggiing in to play? The logical thing to do, would be to do them during times when login by players is on the light side ;(

Oh we all understand that this is maintenance that was required for the event changes that were made yesterday. However, what we don't understand is how NC never gets anything right the first time?
GMT does not change for daylight savings time which is where the confusion might be. Right now during summer, most places are ahead one hour but GMT stayed the same when everyone else jumped ahead.

It is taking a little bit longer than planned, we are working quickly to bring the servers back up asap. I'll make another post as soon as I know more.
While most of this seems emo, a few of us (east coast usa here) have worked all day, done the family stuff, done dinner, homework and have earned their free time and you are screwing around with the servers yet again.
You came for Lineage 1, tell me, how many times do you remember this kind of thing happening after the Heine event? I mean, that was suppose to be a grand learning event for NcSoft that took home the meaning of hard core stuff, and now you keep this up??

really, i know you are trying but at some point, you start looking like first timers running a mmo and you are not!!! You are the premer, first tere company that seems to be loosing not only market share but now quality of product. Doesn't that worry anyone in Korea at this point???
Sorry, but since this event started, it seems to have been one mistake after another. Next time you do a exp event, make it a simple 2x weekend for sp and exp or maybe a double drop event where you just change the .ini file on the main server and leave our clients alone :)

Yes...everything is up and all event progress bars have been restored to where they were before the downtime. Looks like a lot of you are really close to bonuses tonight!
How do you know how many points I had or have? But **** you NC Soft for bringing down the servers on the second day of oly, now our top gun here is going to miss points to get hero spot secured!
