Seal of Disease

Seal of disease.
makes the HP recovery magic used on an enemy 50% effective...
is that all it does? seems kind of expensive for that single effect.

new seal of limit and blockade effects?
how well do these seals perform?

i'm just looking to save some sp here...
level 77 and 15%, no 76 skills, and only 26 million sp.
only gained eye and soul of paagrio at 77, so i have 5 skills to learn at total cost above 36 million...

also...
which seals are considered useless wastes of SP?
this will just help anyone to figure out which seals are not needed to save on sp until you hit a high enough level to waste sp on anything and everything.
The effect is uber. It's basically Curse Disease in Seal Form.

If someone gets healed for 1400 without the seal, they get healed for only 700 after the seal lands on them. This is great because Major Group Heal is uber.

The problem with it, however, is that it requires a target unlike the other seals.

While you can just run in and throw off Winter, Suspension, Silence, you have to target an enemy to do Seal of Disease, and the radius is around that enemy.

Doesn't work too well when a Healer or Nuker kites back and the seal misses all the people around you...

Blockade is close to useless, and Seal of Limit is a level 83 skill now (unless you can find the 81 book, good luck on that!) so you won't have another seal with an effect similar to this one for quite a long time.

The level 76 Passive called "Wisdom" is compulsory. Skipping that makes you look like you don't know anything about the game. You have to have it. The Poison/Bleed Resist Passive is good in some places for PvE. Hellbound MOBs cast bleed in some areas, for example. You can skip that one for now, but I'd get the Wisdom Passive.

I'm 50/50 on the seal. I guess it depends on how often you'd have a use for it (i.e. how much PvP you do).
excellent, thanks for the input; really puts things into perspective with 700 vs 1400 being restored, does it do anything with balance life?

as for wisdom, i have nightmare light right now for grinding, so it's on the back burner until i find myself enough adena to afford some actual s grade equipment without breaking my bank.

just by chance?
sigil mastery adds 30 heal power, that worth it any? or is that just wasting 6 million sp which could be used to enchant skills?

I have seal of disease....but never use it. Does it ever land without over enchanting it? maybe any data on the landingrate?
And as far as i know there are no more books needed. I just got my 79 skill(one atleast..frealing expensive) and i didnt need any books. I can be mistaken as i am not 81 yet...or ever will be.

Seal of despair is also nice...if that lands its pretty awesome
