I got my skill soul breaker to +10 chance and i dont notice any better land rate. can any 1 tell me the increase land rates for that skill at +10 and above plz.
ill prolly get corrected or whatever but as i understand it you have a base 50% chance to stun ..+10 for chance makes that 60% .... then theres levels and con and resists blah blah blah
if you do TW goddard earing has a nice 15% chance to stun on it, or if your ok for cash buy a zaken or maybe an oly jewel
the + on skill sorta is nice but if u nowadays want to actually stun ppl u better get some market playing going and safe up lots to buy a tezza/zaken
my +15 soul breaker never lands on anyone but then i put my tezza/zaken on and my stun lands 92% of the time
ofc if u get all 3 stun jewels then its a good say to say it lands almost 100% and with the + on the skills u sure will land ur stun on higher lvl ppl aswell
I totally agree.I have +15 soul breaker zaken and frint and still doesnt land too much on ppl who have zaken + frint +antharas.Epics are really important ><:(
